Went to store on October 1, 2023 as a cruise ship passenger. Purchased an item, wanted to exchange without leaving the store (my receipt was in my hand) after the store manager had cut off the tag. Manager then refused to exchange the item, saying the item had no tag. All cruise ship passengers stay away from their store!! Rip off artist.

We went on a cruise and I loved this shop. I bought all my souvenirs there. The quality of the shirts and the prices are wonderful.

Andrew was Incresibly nice and helpful. Mother has lost her wallet. He helped me look for it and said if he found it he would get it mailed. We did find it. But thank you so much Andrew. Nice stuff in the store. Tim.

Prices were misleading sign said one price item rang in at almost twice what the posted price. Spoke to manager was told by manager if I did not like it shop at one of the other stores. She was very rude. Now I realize when the cruise ships are in the port they have an abundance of business but keep treating your customers like that and people will stop going to your shop .So I did go elsewhere paid less at second store which was locally owned ma n pa shop and ended up spending a further couple hundred bucks at the second store. Sure won't go back there when we are back.

I just fell to the floor in their wet uncovered tile entry. They wouldn’t help or even say “sorry you hurt yourself “. The employees just turned their head and wouldn’t look at me. Don’t spend a dime at this unsafe & heartless establishment!!!!

Very nice gift shop! This was our first time visiting Juneau, and we visited this gift shop, and various others. This one was large and had a very large selection of souvenirs. Prices were comparable to other shops. Definitely recommend checking this one out, and note that it can get a little busy. But overall, it's a great store!

Very poor customer service. A rep named Miranda ignores people if color by calling the white people behind them in line to the register instead. I told the manager and she supported Miranda's behavior and was fine with my writing a review. People of color should avoid this place. A disgrace in an otherwise nice town

I told the manager about it and she was fine with her behavior. The manager said she could care less about bad reviews. People of color should avoid this place. Don't sign anything, before you look on the back of it, they have additional information and legal wording that holds you responsible for anything you sign, and releases them of any liability for the item your purchasing.

Found some great gifts here. The prices were very reasonable and close to the cruise port. The staff were very helpful and answered my questions about various products I was looking for and purchased them and more. I found great deals here and highly recommend visiting this place if you are looking for gifts from Alaska.
