We had a wonderful three-night stay at Majestic View Bed & Breakfast. Our very comfortable room and large en suite bathroom had a fabulous balcony view of Homer, Kachemak Bay, the Spit, and the mountains beyond. Everything was clean and neat and breakfast each day was a treat, with many delicious choices. On our first morning, there was a moose with her calf right outside our window. Maria and her staff were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I have been coming to Marias B & B for years and the accommodations are always amazing. We usually bring a couple of friends from the lower 48 and they’ve also been amazed!The rooms are so clean and stocked with the general necessities you need. We generally stay in the adjoining cabins sharing a lovely outside deck and the view from up in the hill is to beautiful to describe. You need to see it for yourself.And her breakfasts are unlike any we’ve had at other B&Bs. She puts out a real spread of excellent breakfasts, coffee, juices, fruit, homemade pancake syrups, breakfast casseroles, breakfast meats cooked to perfection.When we are in Homer there’s no other place we’d stay.Jackie and John Brunton

Spent a few nights here and loved every minute of it. Conversations with the owner over breakfast were great memories. Views off our deck every morning we’re spectacular. Would definitely go back and stay

This place was so much more than we expected on every level. Majestic doesn’t come close to describing the view. It’s the best view in all of Homer. Breakfast was incredible. Maria is very welcoming. It was like coming home to family.

Maria’s place is unique! Nice and comfy rooms, private bathrooms, beautiful dining room with a special Alaskan style and a great view over the Homer spit. Maria and her husband prepare the best breakfast one could imagine :)! From the Really reccomended!

Beautiful mountain view of the bay around Homer, AK. The breakfast is huge with lots of variety. Eggs, pancakes, juice, cereal, water, pastries, meat, fireweed syrup, rhubard-strawberry syrup, raspberry syrup, coffee, and more. The hosts take time to talk to you in a personal manner and share stories about their lives and the area. Highly recommend this property for a pleasant stay.
