This is an awesome place to stay in at Homer, Alaska! We were here in May of 2024. We were in the Eagle's Nest! Wonderful accommodations! Beautiful view, especially when you have 18 hrs of daylight! It beats staying in a hotel room for sure! I most definitely give this place a ?!

Amazing place! It was very scenic and the little touches were nice. Stayed in the Wolf's Den and it was a great room. The hot tub is nice, but it had hair ties in it and leaves. Still used it, but it was less than clean. The lid to the hot tub was tied down with a ratchet strap for some reason so be prepared to fight to open the lid.
There is a really nice firepit we didn't get to use, but others did and it looked awesome.
Only downside was they gave us the wrong code to our room and no one is around to help you after 6pm. There is a phone number on the door to call, but it's not a quick response. Wasn't super crazy, but when you have two kids who need to pee, it's a problem.
Rooms: Really nice and quite. The beds are comfortable and there was a nice kitchenette.

Always a relaxing stay at Kenai Peninsula Suites. Have stayed in a few of the different cabins in the last few years. Enjoy the view, hot tub, comfort of the cabins and the fire pit! The black out curtains are fabulous.

Amazing place to stay. The views ? we stayed at the puffin cabin. Good parking, enter from basement area. Lots of room. Big comfortable beds. Heaters in upstairs and downstairs. Very cool round house design with logs in stockade wall formation. Large sky light at the top of the dome. Big covered front porch with bbq grill. Not much in way of cooking other than the grill. Bathroom is very nice and roomy. The grounds are kept top notch. There is also a hot tub with a view short walk from where we stayed.

Hard to find a flaw here - the host is amazing, location is world class, and you’ll soak in the views for days. When we first arrived there was an issue with our first cabin, they immediately attempted to fix it and when they couldn’t without hesitating moved us to a much nicer and larger cabin. Then when we had to move all our bags to another location we left 2 small ear rings from our kid and their maintenance staff drove them over to us. This is was best in class service is.The location is on a bluff overlooking the entire Kenai fiord national park, ocean, and views of the Aleutian Islands in the distance. It’s truly breathtaking. The rooms are super comfy, clean, and fresh. Each with small kitchenettes perfect for evening dinner.

We planned a stay in the Bear Den and there was a huge change of plans. Kenai Peninsula Suites was AMAZING to work with and so helpful when it came working out a new plan for us. The staff is wonderful and very prompt with their responses. Our new plan had us staying in the Wolf Den. Upon arrival our suite was spotless and so so welcoming. The suite offers everything you need for a beautiful trip away from home. The yard just off of the suite allowed for our dogs to stretch their legs and have some fun as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend Kenai Peninsula Suites to anyone. The stay was exceptional and the view of Katchemak Bay was second to none.Thank you Kenai Peninsula Suites!!!

Amazing location with Bears Den that has a backyard that looks over a cliff into the water below. Unique that the spacious room is subterranean with heated floors. 3rd time staying in this room over a 10 year span. Only complaint is that the internet speed is horrible (too slow to download some web pages - maybe okay in 2003 but not 2023) and since the room is subterranean there is no cell connection. Overall a wonderful unique place but internet speed is unacceptable if one using your devices for any entertainment and research.

Beautiful place! We booked in advanced and paid half of the price when booked, and the rest when we got there. Glad we where able to bring our puppy too! This room (Bear den) is very spacious, good for three adults and a child (like us). Everything was cleaned and functioning. Room don't have a stove but it has a gas grill with a burner on the side.Highly recommend and will stay again!

Stayed in the Bear's Den suite (2 nights). Quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable. The view from the room and the property is quintessential Alaska. The room is equipped with toaster, kettle, Kerig style coffee maker (tea and coffee are provided), and full size fridge; place setting, glasses, mugs and wine glasses for 4. They provide towels etc for 4. Three wood chairs and 2 folding chairs provided. It is quiet ... even with people staying in the neighboring Wolf's Den. The green space is shared, so keep that in mind if you are looking for complete privacy. Many places to see the view on the property and a bird viewing cabin on the cliff edge - very cool!Friendly, informative staff. Excellent experience. Close to Homer. Will stay again!

Stayed in the Puffin cabin for four nights -- a great base from which to explore Homer and beyond! The cabin is indeed round, but much more substantial than what you might think of as a yurt -- it's a house. Very cozy, nice bathroom, great view, good privacy; definitely well-suited for hang-out / relaxation time. Well stocked with bathroom amenities, clean, good heating throughout. And, yes, we made s'mores at the fire pit. One note: the kitchenette has minimal cookware, and does not have a stove or oven, just a microwave, but there is a gas grill on the porch. If you're planning on cooking, say, Thanksgiving dinner, plan with that in mind. Pretty minor point; I would recommend the cabin and stay again without hesitation.
