320 W Pioneer Ave, Homer“The Driftwook Inn RV park offers a unique blend of natural beauty and convenient amenities, making it a great spot for RV travelers.
The RV sites are little narrow but they come with lovely views of the surrounding landscape. More suitable for smaller RV's but we managed to stay 4 days in a class A, no problem.
One of the highlights of Driftwood Inn is its fantastic location. It’s just a short walk from the beautiful shores of Kachemak Bay and close to the charming shops and restaurants in Homer. Make sure you eat at Captain Patties Fish House.
There’s plenty to do in the area, from hiking and fishing to kayaking and wildlife viewing. The nearby Homer Spit is a must-visit, offering stunning views and opportunities for adventure. This is where our kids caught their very fist salmon. It was an awesome experience, partly because we were fishing in broad daylight at 11:00pm.
We highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore the wonders of Alaska.”

3651 Sterling Hwy, Homer“Stayed at the Otter's Den, which was perfect for having two dogs along. Heated floors with no carpeting and leatherlike couches, all in a room big enough to toss a ball around. The lovely kitchen is well-quipped, and the walk-in shower was great for washing up dogs and people post-beach. All the aesthetic touches were very cute! Can reccomend for hiding out with puppies and hot tubbing with a view!”

244 W Pioneer Ave, Homer“We were pleasantly surprised we had a one-bedroom with a full kitchen. We liked having the separation since I'm usually up early. Lila and Paula (think that is right) were very friendly and responsive. We extended another night. It is not fancy and a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Location was good as well.”
“This is a truly beautiful inn with a spectacular view of the mountains across the bay. We frequently saw otters in the water right out in front of us. Our room was lovely with a picture window overlooking the water. The room is extremely comfortable with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 2 coffee makers and other amenities. We loved it here. My only regret is that we did not have a car and depending on taxis can be frustrating.”

3500 Crittenden Dr, Homer“The view is amazing with trails right to a huge beach for beach combing and ocean tide treasure finding.
The service is exceptional and the owners are as nice as they can be!
We got there at 10 at night and they still helped us get set up with a place to lay our heads for the night after a long day of travel.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The price is reasonable for the location and easy parking.
Highly recommended! We will be back!”
“Wonderful experience!
It’s like you are alone in the Hotel!
Nice people!
We had access to the hot tub!
The view is stunning!
See you next time!
Thank you
Rooms: Amazing view from the room!
So clean and beautiful shower with a glass. You can see the room and the mountains when you are in the shower!!! So cool!”
“The staff in the evening was not the nicest but that's fine, in the morning though they were both extremely nice.
Clearly the hotel and rooms is very old and could use some renovation, but it's still fine honestly! I feel the price is not justified though.
Large parking lot and free coffee/tea 24/7”

575 Sterling Hwy, Homer“Stayed here for a job I was doing in Homer. The room was so quiet, especially for being on the first floor. I was very pleased. It's within walking distance to quite a few restaurants, which is great if you don't want to drive or if you want to have a couple with dinner lol the ladies at the front desk were pleasant, funny and helpful. It was a bit warm in my room, but they have fans in the closet!”
