Store associate refused to solve the problem with my card on an order and also refused to grab additional help with the matter. Lied to me as well, completely unprofessional.

I've had pnuemonia for over a month and am in desperate need of my antibiotics. I sat and waited an hour and was too exhausted to wait longer so I went home. It's the next day, over 24 hours later and it's still not ready. I called another pharmacy to have my script transfered and she said walgreens is awful and it's usually faster just to have the doctor send in a new script because walgreens just puts them on hold on the phone. I've worked in many pharmacies and it doesn't take 3 minutes to print a label, slap it on a box and have the pharmacist check it.

Tried to call the pharmacy 2 different times. Was put in the “ we are sorry the pharmacy is answering other call stay on the line. “ waited 30 minutes each time and it began to ring and hung up after 3 minutes. Tried the chat person and was transferred to a supervisor. Who said to call the pharmacy.

Had such a nice experience. We’re traveling and ran out of our prescription. Worked with the pharmacy staff to fill it locally and they were so nice and helpful. We were very happy with their customer service and kindness.

LET A GIRL USE THE RESTROOM WHEN SHES CROSSING HER LEGS. Especially when you JUST came from using the bathroom. I recently had a kid, I can’t hold my pee like I used too. Selfish.

If there is another pharmacy, I suggest you go there. The customer service is subpar and when they make mistakes, they refuse to acknowledge them.

I live 4hrs from Fairbanks in a small rural community & when I go "to town" I hit every business I can to try to get things done. My list is written out and planned the day before if not longer in advance.I put photos in online to be printed the day before (their service is sameday) knowing that it would be plenty of time for them to get them done.I did all of my errands and at the last moment I stopped in to grab my photos on my way out of town.When I asked about what line to stand in for photo pick up I was instantly met by a guy who said they probably didn't have them - without my name or anything - just a blanket statement. To which I said "Could you check?" He took my name & said "Ya, we don't have 4x6 paper, you could upgrade" and I said "If you have larger paper why can't you print on that and cut them?" - he said "We don't do that."So they apparently don't actually do their job. They had my name, email address, etc and could have at a minimum notified me so I could have scheduled another stop for the day... but apparently they don't do that either!I called back and talked to the manager who had 100 excuses on why it's not their fault that they suck - meanwhile I didn't get my photos before a big event that they were intended for and they still suck!I wont ever go back & I called corporate because I'm tired of the lack of customer service that exists in this country!And google reviews needs to impliment negative stars!!Walgreens definatelly didn't earn the one start they're receiving from this complaint!!

Pharmacist did an excellent job with our vaccines. Was super sweet and patient with both my chill 4 year old and my terrified of needles 11 year old. The pharmacist who checked us in was also very kind, patient, and thorough.

I understand being understaffed. It’s unavoidable, however it is so frustrating that you continue to advertise for services you cannot offer. I wasted 45 mins choosing photos for an album that was “guaranteed same day pick up” only to find out the cannot offer same day services because they are understaffed. Also when another employee offered to do it the shift lead told her no and to focus on the things she had to do…apparently helpful customer service isn’t what she’s getting paid for.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for about 1.5 years. I don’t know if there had been one transaction that went smooth. Today I asked twice if my military discount was applied and I was informed by a clerk that it was. Sure enough it wasn’t but how do you reason with someone who is sure they are right? Register rewards never print - often the printer is just off. Why would you promote money back when you have no intention of doing it? Most of the staff are not knowledgeable about product availability or promotions but they are rude and unapproachable. It is unfortunate because this is the only Walgreens in town.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but I’ve had the worst experience here. I ordered a photo book for my wedding back in September, and they needed time to complete it because of not have the materials. That’s fine, I get that, I patiently waited. I had been emailing back and forth with one of there employees about it and had been waiting for a reply for him for at least a month. Finally I reply once again to find out it has been done and is ready to be picked up. I didn’t have a number on my account but every email I sent to them has my phone number so I can be reached. I wasn’t informed it was done I had to spend 3 hours on the phone to finally get an answer about it and the person I was emailing at the store was very rude and short with me.Also the reviews I read on here said they don’t answer their phones and they’re right. Ive called three times to see if I can pickup my order, been put on hold and then they hang up on me.

Pharmacy staff is amazing. Times are hard with little help but the staff burn themselves out trying their best.
