Value Village also supports more than 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods, providing revenue for their community programs and services. With over 300 locations and 20,000 employees, the brand comprises Savers (in the U.S. and Australia), Value Village (in the U.S. and Canada), Unique (in the U.S.), and Village des Valeurs (in Quebec). Customers have provided mixed reviews about Value Village. While some appreciate the wide selection, user-friendly layout, and friendly staff, others feel the prices are too high compared to other thrift stores or even big-box retailers. Some customers report feeling "ripped off" by the pricing, while others are willing to pay a bit more for the convenience and quality of the items. Overall, Value Village seems to fill a need for those on tight budgets, offering a variety of gently used goods, but the pricing may be a deterrent for some shoppers.
Prices are hight and the don't really look over items for flaws.

No fitting rooms anymore, no returns so not worth it to buy clothes. Way overpriced for a thrift store.

Clothes are overpriced considering they get their stuff donated a plaid shirt shouldn’t be almost $20. You can get one new for less than that. But their book prices and dishware was reasonable. Some of the furniture was destroyed and very much overpriced
