“Went in to try and get ported out from AT&T and they jumped right on it. Knew exactly what i needed and how to get me through it. While att literally told me to call a support line. When att left me stranded 300+ miles away from home on a work trip with no way to contact my boss, the verizon in Fairbanks alaska went out of their way to make sure i had something to stay in contact! I cannot express how grateful i am they were so willing to help me! I would be drowning without their help. I wish i remembered the gentleman's name that went above and beyond for me while i was a hot crying mess in store. Verizon has scored a life long customer if they keep up their excellent customer service. So happy they didnt turn me away to a phone line out of country to get me through it.
