It would be nice if they put signs for pumps whose card paying option doesn’t work… so you don’t waste time trying it multiple times or going inside… but I don’t think they really care about their customers. The seller inside didn’t seem to care when I told him …. He knew that pump was broken but didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or say they’ll put up a sign.

Overall this place has gone downhill, Bennett breaths it some life, but the new employee that looks at you like a skeleton waiting to fully decay isn’t a good look. Asked him for a vape and he walked over, crouched, and stared at me for 15 seconds before looking. And then stared at me until I had to tell him to finish the transaction. I found it comical but I could imagine the general public finding it not.

This store is the worst since speedway took over. 3 of the fridges doors are broken. The store is disgusting the employees are dirty. The trash cans are always overflowing.

Car wash scratched my husband's car and left soap all over it. The sprayers dont work and the scrubbers smacked into the car multiple times. Almost took off the mirrors even though they were folded in. Don't go here for car washes.

First of all, customer service at this location has never been good. I've lived in eagle river many years and have avoided this has station whenever possible for that reason.The bathroom here was filthy when it was open and now it's closed so you can't even use it in an emergency.The pumps also do not accept company cards, and tell you to see the cashier instead of giving you gas.100% terrible experiences here, just go to the Chevron across the street, the staff there are friendly and the pumps actually work.

I agree with comments posted by other reviewers but my issue is Covid 19 mandates and cleanliness. They have been told at least twice that they are not compliant but have not made changes. General beverage and food area filthy. MOA Health Department notified

Absolutely the worst customer service iv ever experienced in Eagle River. I will never walk or support that place again. Lady needs to learn some respect
