Not open 24 hours, they were closed when I got there at 10pm, none of the pumps took my bank card, or my cash app card without cashier assistance

Well the customer service was acceptable but this “snack paradise” requires a double-take at just exactly the snack you are buying. As many different snacks they have and with such an abundant inventory you’re going to run into stale / expired product you wish you never bit into. Small town, small store, small market and small quality control program. And my tummy hurts.

I just filled my car and they closed over 15 minutes early. The guy inside would not open the door so I could use the facilities.

Shell is one of five gas stations located in Eagle River, Alaska. They offer competitive prices for a quality brand gas and diesel. They also stock automotive supplies and snacks and soft drinks and of course candy for those got to have moments.

Eagle River's Old Glenn has its share of gas stations but this one is very convenient because it is on the east side a near the middle ramp to the highway. It's older than the other stations and so everything is clunky and squashed together. The lightning is poor. The inside is full and dated just like the unenthusiastic employees who are just killing time and don't want to be bothered. This Shell has only remained opened because of its location and maybe because of the A&W inside.

A great location that is convenient. The staff was very kind and friendly. The prices are average and what I expected. The selection is suprisingly large.

This is where I often will up the vehicles with fuel. It's nice that Shell let's you use Fred Meyer rewards points.
