Very cute store. Horrible customer service. As a repeat customer I was in the fence about buying a discounted purse because I thought I had one like it. I said I would come back for it.
With the sales persons encouragement that I could return it I purchased it along with another and multiple items.
They were closed the next day and I went on a four-day work trip. Immediately on my return, I went to exchange the purse.
And was told I could not exchange or return.
I explained my situation to the same sales person that told me I could return it. She called the owner and they both confirmed they would not exchange or return the purse.
Do not shop here with the expectation of honesty or follow-through.
This is the first review I’ve ever written. Very disappointed with this small business value on its customers.

This is such a great place to shop for unique and local items in eagle river. The inventory is always fresh and exciting and the owner/manager and shop girls go out of their way to be helpful. This store “makes” eagle river!” Be sure to stop by you will find your pocketbook will love you too!!
