My son and I stopped by to get a gold chain fixed and appreciate the excellent customer service Shane provided to us. Shane promptly and expertly fixed the chain, and he is so friendly, personable and kind. We also loved seeing his fur baby...such a sweet and precious dog to greet us.I am so glad we stopped by since we had such a great experience. We will definitely return in the future if we have any other piece of jewelry requiring repairing or to make a purchase. I also appreciate the convenience of having a fine jewelry store in Eagle River.Thank you Shane, to you and your sweet pup! My son and I appreciate the excellent service you provided to us. May all of the genuine kindness you extend to others return to you tenfold.

I stopped in to have the battery changed in my movado watch after the lady at Fred Meyers in Anchorage said they weren’t allowed to do movado batteries (which I don’t understand as the one in wasilla has done it!) but she did me a huge favor. I loved this place and even saved some money. The adorable little dog who is apparently the shop manager (lol) made my day as well! I will absolutely be back for all of my future work and hopefully for some new jewelry… awesome!

Beautiful jewelry! I am so happy with the custom wedding ring that Shane made for me. I have several pieces of jewelry from here and I love them all. Reasonable prices especially considering the amount of time it takes to make all the lovely jewelry.

Fantastic business! My husband and I decided last minute to elope but didn’t have rings for the wedding. We ended up with two family rings, one too small and the other too large. The rings were resized in time and were perfect. Plus he has cute dogs in the shop. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
