“One of the best conveniences I've seen in the USA. CLEAN, organized, very good service, even 10 minutes before closing. Clean and fragrant bathroom! Congratulations”
“The Eagle River Walgreens has the most helpful and personable people working there. The pharmacy is amazing and on the ball. Can't say enough about how nice the folks that work there are !!”
“Female staff just broke my latch on my RV's propane door as she was just standing up, pulling on the door handle but not lifting the handle just pulling. This caused the latch to snap inside of the closing. I had to use a screw driver to get it open. My latch now needs to be replaced. Then, because I told her she had to slam the door hatch to get them to close on previous visits to this station, today after she broke the latch, she still slammed the door closed! It's not going to latch after you've broken the latch. What was she thinking? It would just stick to something? The owner, Brad, has been notified and stated he'll be at the gas station on Tuesday. I will update the review with the outcome. Also, I always come to this location, and everyone I've met has always been extremely nice. So Brad gave me a call today after I texted him this morning. Understandably, he defended his cashier, saying that she did not break the latch. I myself can appreciate that, being that it is very rare to see an employer do that for their employees. Yet, unfortunately, I had to stand firm on what I saw with my own eyes. The young lady pulled the door, and her fingers slipped off of it, causing her to almost fall while she was standing straight up. Brad and I both were a little frustrated, but we agreed that he would pay for the small latch that was broken and that I would install it myself. And when I say latch, I'm only referring to the latch, not the hatch door. Will update with results! UPDATE: On 11/08/2024, I went for my weekly propane fill-up and was greeted by the same male cashier with glasses (sorry, I can't remember his name) from the day of the occurrence, upon walking into the building. He was just as just as kind as he was before and remembered me. He stated my name and said I have something for you, giving me a manila envelope Brad had left for me with the replacement latch in it. I was extremely appreciative that Brad had kept his word and replaced the small yet important security latch that was accidentally damaged. I will continue driving past all of the other gas stations and dumps to give business to Brad's Chevron, and I hope others will bless Brad with their business as well. Thank you, Brad, and all of his employees associates for your excellent customer service weekly. #ACHEVRONIAPPROVE”
