I don't come here much, but every time i do, the staff is really nice. I know working at Walgreens is hard. The training bucks and they run a minimal crew at every store I've ever been to.

"convenience store" not true in the slightest. Pharmacy is a pain to deal with. As of writing this review, their phone doesn't even work - just disconnects a few seconds after calling. The skeleton crew has to handle everything in the store from the one cashier walking to the photo section to cleaning and stocking.
Every time I go in the store I feel like they're closed because I don't see the one employee in the back doing their best to keep the ship afloat while capitalist pigs at the top reap in massive profits before going out of business and starting a new venture of labor exploitation.
Nothing about this store is easier than going somewhere else, which was their whole selling point.

I honestly don’t understand the point of SAME DAY photo orders if they don’t do it same day. I wasted my time waiting just to call them and ask if it would be done today and they said “probably not” I specifically chose this walgreens because it said that it would be done by 3:45pm.

Saturday and Sunday they open at 8:00 a.m. not 7:00.

What is with this Walgreens? They treat their damn bathroom like fort knox. Wife got lectured because the guy up front had to leave the register to unlock the bathroom...how is this place still open? Get your lives together..

It seems like this Walgreens may be shut down soon simply because it's an armpit stain on the company's reputation.
Most of the shelves remain empty. It's dirty. The pharmacy keeps terrible hours and is often closed. The employees are very nice and friendly, but they can not possibly compensate for how poorly kept the store is. I feel sorry for them working there because I know they are not getting a positive experience out of a bunch of frustrated customers that they can't help.
I can't wait to get all my prescriptions away from this location.

This walgreens store is terrible. The pharmacy staff rarely answers the phone and the customer service is non existent. I will never shop here or fill an rx here again. I've learned my lesson.

This place should be closed, from the pharmacy to the front register it’s the most messed up of their locations in Anchorage, and that’s saying something as the chain has fallen far.

No pride in the condition of the parking lot, the sidewalk or the entrance into the business. Trash and unvacuumed entryway. No greeting when coming in. Rude or unresponsive attitude to elder customer.

Went in last night to buy razor blades. Picked up some Harry blades that had a sticker on the shelf saying 'Discontinued Item' price reduced from $16.99 to $10.99. Good deal, so I picked them up. The cashier rang them up at $16.99 and would not listen when I told her about the sale price. She said if the computer don't show it, then the price stays at $16.99. I asked her to check the sticker on the shelf. She refused. I asked her to get a manager, she refused. I left. Another time, a few months ago, I tried to return a DVD that didn't play right. Cashier refused to take it back saying: "We don't sell DVDs at this store" as she was standing three feet away from a box with several hundred in it. I'm done with this place.

Walgreens; hire more staff so that I don't have to wait 10 minutes for someone to unlock products.
