Staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the store. I was surprised by the selection of items you can purchase from Walgreens. I thought they're just a place for medications and other things related to medicines. Stop by and see what they have to offer. Their prices on items are cheaper than other retailers. They also participate in a rewards program.

Yes, I love calling for the pharmacy only to be on hold for a super long time. Then when it rings, someone picks up and just presses the hold button to continue having me listen to the hold song, as if I wouldn't notice they picked it up.. and this repeats for the length of the call before I give up and decide to physically come in just to see if meds are even ready. Waste of my time and yours for something that would just take minutes.

No one ever picks up the phone at the pharmacy. They once filled a script for an anabiotic that wasn’t the right one due to their reading comprehension error, and then said it would take 24 hours to fill it for the right one even though they had it in stock when I was standing at the counter. This place is Yikes. But the rest of the Walgreens has a wide selection of gummy candy so that’s a plus. I wish their pharmacy functioned but I think the staff are overworked and understaffed.

The pharmacy will charge you full price and not even fill your prescription. NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT OPENING YOUR BAG AND CHECKING THAT YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS ACTUALLY FILLED. THEYLL TAKE 8 HOURS AND NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR

You always have to hold for over an hour to speak to the pharmacist and then they are not very helpful at all. I will transfer my prescriptions somewhere else

Tried calling three times waited over two hours and then went to the pharmacist and they told me it would be the following day after waiting two days for my medication. This Walgreens doesn’t represent Walgreens is up to their standards by no means! Thumbs down.

The pharmacy at this location is horrible. Expect long lines inside and the drive through. It will take them hours to fill a prescription and hopefully they remember to put all the prescriptions in the bag or you'll have to wait in a hour long line a 2nd time to get them.

I call to refill prescriptions and I’ll sit on the phone over 30 minutes with “2 callers” ahead of me. It happens all the time. Now I just put my phone down to see how long it actually takes. Today over 40 minutes with “2 callers” ahead of me. How is that possible? How does one caller take over 40 minutes?

Trying to call them in regards of a prescription and I get a message from the provider saying the phone number cannot be reached. Walgreens pay your bills, you should be able to with how expensive everything is.

I called them on several occasions, but they never answered. Today, I called and stayed on the line as I rode there/approached the desk just to see two of them sitting around doing nothing. The employee who was actually working looked stressed. That wouldn't have been an issue if her coworkers had done their jobs. They decided to delete all of my medications because they decided that it's too inconvenient for me to put them online. I shouldn't have to go to the pharmacy in person just to "request" a refill. Their meal break is from 1:30 - 2:00 last I heard. I would call around 3:30 and still get "The staff are on a meal break." I keep telling myself, "not at 3:30, they're not." I've just about had it with these motherf*ckers. Once I get my refills, I'm switching pharmacies. I will also be bringing this up with the store manager.

Can't give a lower review. On the phone with pharmacy for 47 minutes on hold."There are 3 callers or more ahead of you". Eventually 2, 1 and then just a recording over and over... no one picked up.Thumbs down!

I've never had a very good experience at this store. Their communication is terrible, and many of the pharmacy staff are poorly trained. For example, I've gotten text messages countless times that my prescription is ready, only to show up and be told they don't have it. Sometimes, after complaining and waiting, another staff member finds it on the shelf, but other times, I'm told that they never got the refill request that I called in myself and was confirmed via text. They do not communicate when they aren't able to refill something. This is imperative! For many medications, it puts people at risk to not be able to take it. Get it together, Walgreens!

Looks like others had a less than stellar experience but I had a great one. I was parked on Diamond boulevard talking to the Teladoc on a busy Saturday afternoon. By the time I drove to the drive through the prescription was already ready! Not only that, they had all my info from my hometown Walgreen’s store.
