Love those guys at East Northern lights, but i see bums. How tf does it take two hours for a simple poster to be printed and do none know how to use that machine as if you need a full on course to be certified???
Same thing happened twice and its funny how I figured if I call them to get off their asses from the first time around that they would... And it did.
Credit to their younger competent employees though.
Just a bad experience at the end of the day. Will probably happen again though. That's the point of this.

This pharmacy is not efficient or professional at all. I submitted a refill request a week in advance and they never contacted my physician about my prescription until I came into the pharmacy needing my prescription as it is an important prescription. The pharmacist told me that my prescription would be ready for pick up in two hours from then and it wasn’t until I had gone in a SECOND TIME that they informed me they had just faxed my physician. It never has and should not take a week for my prescription to get filled. Ridiculous.

This pharmacy is completely unprofessional. I will not recommend getting your prescription sent to this store, the manager Angela, does not fix the problem you’re having with professional mannerisms. Very condescending, and acts like the problem you having is just a personal problem that does not concern her. The worst experience ever

I’ve never had a more difficult time getting my meds. They say it’ll be ready in 2 hours, you’ll be lucky if you get it in 3 days. Don’t use Walgreens!

I'm sorry they are so difficult to work with. I want to like them, but their phone and fax systems are often dysfunctional. It is frustrating and takes 2 to 3 times more time to work with them than any other pharmacy in town.

employees at the pharmacy don’t want to listen to customers as if they are the ones taking the medication prescribed and think they KNOW it all. Please train your staff on medicaid information so they aren’t looking lost and pushing customers out of their way. Be patient and mindful that the customers may or may not know what they need and take your time. If you don’t have patience quit and go find another employment that best fits you. ZERO STARS !

The store needs to close permanently. There’s always an issue with it. No one seems to know how to manage it. I went there just now and the “electricity was out” so they closed the store. The lights were on and there staff walking around inside aimlessly.

Ugh the old lady working today 11/13 did not properly scan my coupon and then she put it in her locked drawer right away, I told her it didnt work, she pointed to my 1 dollar off when my coupon was for 7 dollars in rewards, I never got my $7 rewards and even tried to tell her it didnt scan and she brushed me off urg

Anytime I come in this store the employees are constantly rude and follow me all around asking if I need assistance. Shopping isn't a difficult task last I checked, and I politely declined each time they asked with a different employee. I realize theft is an ongoing issue, along with the homeless however, an employee should not be stereotyping, being discrimination toward the customers, causing them to feel uncomfortable to even continue to finish their shopping.
