Walgreen pharmacies are the new DMV in customer service expectations. My wife went into surgery and I rushed over to the nearest Walgreens for some post op meds. I waited an hour in line and then they closed right as we made it to the counter. I drove to another Walgreens across town and they were out of the medication. On my third attempt the following day, I was told there was a mandatory wait time of 90 minutes for the controlled pain meds. What have I been doing in line this whole time? I asked for the prescription back to try again at a pharmacy closer to home. I could not get the prescription back because I was told it was a controlled substance. I am leaving empty handed to take my wife home. The employees all appeared to be on Valium.

I only come here to write this to spare you. Run do not walk to any other pharmacy.Unfortunately sounds like severely under staffed.Hours continually reduced. 7+ person long line when open and twice in a row got told my prescription wasn’t ready / out of stock despite getting an automated call letting me know it was.

I have been trying to call the pharmacy but their phone lines won’t let me through. It’s like they purposely leave the phone line open so we don’t speak to anyone. I live pretty far and don’t want to drive there just to check if my prescription is ready or there. The worst experience ever!

Tried to call to see if they had a medication in stock, was perpetually told there was one caller ahead of me. For 20 minutes. It's clear they leave the line open so the system never sends the call to them. Only pharmacy I've ever experienced doing this.

Apathetic employees, incompetent pharmacists, tweakers in the parking lot. This location is consistent with nearly every other Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to. Buyer beware.

I work with a doctors office, and I spend a lot of time calling pharmacies. this is the MOST difficult pharmacy to get a hold of! The phone menu says "press one for pharmacy or say what you need help with" and neither one works.

At a somewhat busy intersection, but if you can transfer your drugs here you won't have to wait in line as I have experienced at other places, like Frys and CVS And my prescriptions new or old are always filled on time. The no waiting and friendly staff make shopping here enjoyable.

I'm from out of town. And I'm going to hazard a guess that this pharmacy is the cheap place in town. Because there is ALWAYS a long line of people waiting. It's understaffed, obviously. The pharmacy does not answer the phone more than 3 times an hour and in my case they didn't have my medicine in stock. Ok. But they also did not know any other stores in town (including Walgreens) that might have it. And they didn't know when other stores closed either. Big mistake sending my prescription to them. If I lived here I would make sure to avoid them in the future.

I showed up to Walgreens as a walk in for my covid vaccine. Everything was fine at first but then the first disrespectful thing that happened was 2 people jumping in front of me to turn in their paperwork like use your words and people servicing us control your workplace that is not acceptable. Then the lady goes ahead and does the 3 people ahead of me in order and in a timely fashion. She just went to the back after that though and 30-40 mins have gone by. However there was a father and son that showed up after me. I had been waiting 40 minutes paperwork already turned in by the time they turned theirs in and they immediately got them in within 10 minutes that just enraged me. I hate the disrespect and lack of communication no explanation or consideration for how their actions effect others. I will not use this Walgreens again and will try to just not use Walgreens in general.

This used to actually be useful as the only pharmacy open 24 hours.Now they close at 10 pm and even if you show up an hour before and wait 30 minutes to see them, having just got out of the ER and have a prescription they can’t help you until the next day.
