Checked in around 3:45 yesterday and there were 2 employees working with customers. At 5:15 I got a text saying I was next in 10 min. I didn't leave the store until 6:15 pm... Worst customer service I've had in a long time. 2 employees were trying to upscale Disney plus to a couple and one would only come out of the back room to check people on who walked in the store. Don't waste your time if there are more than 2 people in the store unless you want meditation time.

Lowgun is the worst and has horrible customer service. I came in requesting assist with my phone service as I had intermittent connection. I had come in the day prior and another rep attempted to assist, thought we had fixed it but to no avail. So I came in requesting assistance the next day and he stated there was nothing he could do to help. I started to message verizon chat for additional support and he told me i needed to leave. I explained that I was attempting to reach support and he told me I needed to leave now. I explained that i just needed help as I use the phone for work and personal and he said I was now trespassing and he was calling the cops. Told dispatch that I was being belligerent and stating I was yelling at him, which was completely false. I got kicked out for requesting assistance. Cops showed and I was trespassed indefinitely. The cop I spoke to said there have been several issues with this store specifically. LOWGUN IS THE WORST MANAGER EVER!

Can't call and talk to an agent in the store. Takes you to a call center who knows where.

Staff seem to be in a hurry to get rid of you here. Getting information is like extracting teeth. " we can't process your order" is what i was told after purchasing a new phone and told it was ready for pickup. Didn't explain when they would be able to process, why they weren't able to, just tell me the bare minimum then move on to the next person whose been standing in line for an hour.

What is the point of making an appointment and then getting to the store only to wait over 30 minutes!? It is completely inexcusable. Do better Verizon!

If you go to this Verizon, ask for Hunter. You will not be disappointed. He went above and beyond for my wife and I and made sure we had the right plan for us and our family. So glad he was the guy to help us.

My husband and I walked in last week Friday to trade in our phones. Robert was the best tech hands down, wasn't trying to haggle you like a car salesman. He genuinely was working with us the entire process. He's was very patient as well since my phone took the longest to transfer. He looked up to see where the best deals was, that were best for us. Thank you so much Robert.I recommended Robert to my parents that went in today to upgrade their phones as well. They had Ayden (not for sure how you spell his name). He was being a car salesman type, he was also not attentive. He picked the wrong phone case size and screen protector sizes which will be returned to the store. Unfortunately they were told that they weren't able to get Robert and the customers are evenly spread across the techs. In a time like this I wish that you guys gave them Robert. My step mom got the 15 pro max and my mom got the 15 pro, he gave my mom the wrong case and neither one of the screen protectors fit my step moms phone. He needs to do a better job at being attentive rather than trying to rush customers at the door to make himself look good.

After a poor experience at the Verizon branch in the dimond mall, it was recommended by Verizon's customer service line to visit the store in the Tikahtnu area. I visited twice and worked with Robert on both occasions and had excellent service!! Robert gave me the facts and helped me choose the best plan for my family! The corporate branch offered far superior service compared to the Dimond Mall store and Robert was fantastic. Thanks for a great experience!

Super frustrating experience with customer DISservice. Ordered product online to pick up there. Sent son in to collect; he was denied because he didn't have my wife's ID (who ordered it). I followed up a couple days later with her ID & credit card, an order receipt, my ID, etc. Manager insinuated I was fraudulently trying to complete an order. He wouldn't call the contact number on the bank, wouldn't look at my ID to see corroborating addresses, wouldn't call bank to check credit card info, etc. Only I left was I informed (by the corporate customer service person I called to complain) that the policy is if you are not a Verizon customer, you have to show up personally to collect an order—no "agents," even if a spouse. This info is not posted well on order interface (buried), and the management's rude attitude did in no way counter that issue. I understand policy, having worked in retail management myself: poor online communication backed up by arrogant in-person representation = forever never customer and ample bad press. (All for a $50 powerbank.)
