Went in to figure out if I was potentially being overcharged and Justin helped me figure out the details of my bill and update my plan to something better suited for me. He was patient and knowledgeable about the specifics of my plan and so helpful! Great customer service!

I went in talked with Zach today hoping it wasn't my charge port on my phone and he was nice enough to try and see if there was stuff in my charge port for me and we fixed it got all the stuff out and now my phone charges perfect again thanks man I highly recommend Zach here for your next wireless purchase

Top-notch customer service in the Dimond Center! We were able to get “in line” for help and while waiting, wander the mall until they text us we were next! Best customer service for cellular service in Anchorage.
