While attempting to checkout, I was asked 3 times in a row, back to back to back “do you have a phone number you’d like to use” to who I I replied ‘I don’t have one’, 3 times in a row. This is not an exaggeration, it was extremely weird and made me very uncomfortable, I was explicitly clear ALL THREE TIMES, why would you ignore what I’m saying and continue to badger me? I know about your point system, that doesn’t change the fact that I don’t have a phone number, they then allowed the person behind me to use THEIR phone number to collect my points after damn near harassing me for mine. This location also closes unexpectedly during open hours often, there have been more than 5 times over the past year I’ve arrived at the store for all the lights to be on and the doors locked during open hours.

Went in one day knowing absolutely nothing about makeup or how to apply it, Paul went out of his way to help tone-match, teach how to apply the makeup, and offer suggestions. A++, will shop here again and it's all thanks to Paul

I went into this store with only foundation on my mind but I knew I wanted to achieve a look I had in my head..just lost in where to start. Without having to ask for help, Addie came up to me and asked how she could help me. I explained what I was looking for and she was proactive and confident in her skill. I’ve been to this store all over the country and this was the best experience I’ve had. I left understanding what I bought, how to use it and I was even educated on my own skin. This was fantastic! I left buying a lot more than I intended but was so satisfied and I’m so excited to use what I got and to now add to it. This team member is definitely an asset to this store and I’ll definitely be back to this location because of her! Thanks so much

Shoutout to Paul!!! Amazing customer service! Helped my whole family find the best products for our needs. If I could give more stars I would. My 14 year old got cologne and my 13 year old some makeup brushes/eyeshadow and I got some very good Lancôme face care. Made my trip a breeze!

I went to this location and was being helped by Corianne. I come in relatively regularly and she has always been a HUGE help from color matching to helping me sort out contouring and what options would work best for me.Normally I have excellent experiences but this time was an exception and it needs to be addressed by management.Corianne was helping me find everything on my list (I literally had a list) when we were rudely interrupted by a lady named Gabby who is also on staff. Gabby forced me to swap who was helping me because apparently she wasn’t capable of helping the woman she was with. As a customer her entire presence was abrasive, intruding, and once I was forced to work with Gabby instead of corianne, I felt rushed and more like an inconvenience she couldn’t wait to get rid of instead of a valued customer. I was ready to walk out without purchasing anything because of how she made me feel.Apparently this isn’t a one-time thing and I would *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* addressing the issue. It was disrespectful to not only me as a customer, but Corianne as her co-worker.One star because Corianne deserves five, but Gabby killed the experience for me in a not-so-great way.

I love Ulta for several reasons, and a HUGE part is the fantastic people who work there. I am always impressed. Lauren was so helpful to me and my friend, patiently guiding us through the jungle of fragrances! And Paul has helped me several times — he is SO GREAT! These two wonderful folks helped me so much the other day, I’m so grateful. And I spend A LOT more when I am treated with the attention, professionalism, courtesy and careful listening I’ve received at Ulta as demonstrated by Lauren and Paul. KUDOS TO THESE TWO EXEMPLARY EMPLOYEES!!!

I must say I have found the place of smell good?....They have the best selection of cologne and perfume as well as all sorts of make up goodies and skin care products...you will not want to leave

Great selection of products and customer service on the floor side, but getting pretty irritated with the pushing of the in-store credit cards when checking out. The recent times I’ve been to this store, I’ve been hassled by the cashier 3-4 times during the check out to sign up for the in-store credit card, even though I kindly decline the first two times I’m asked. I don’t mind being asked once or twice- I get that it is part of their job- but to be pushy/aggressive in tone about it by the 3rd ask, bring up how much I’ve spent in store that year loudly for other customers to hear, and to act obviously annoyed when I stand firm and refuse by the end of the transaction is ridiculous. I used to enjoy shopping here, but the checkout experience has made it a truly miserable affair.

This place is expensive, but the quality is worth it. I never really go in, but happened to go with a friend, and the sales lady knew her product. I appreciate that quality even though I paid over 50$ for the product ? I had to, it took ten years off my face! So good job Ms lady. ?

I will never shop at the Dimond Center Ulta again. I was treated so very poorly. I'm 50 yrs old but dang I still take care of myself, but I was treated like I had no business being in there. The customer service reps were very snotty. Forget that! Who wants that! I normally shop at the one on Muldoon where I will continue to do so.

Why do these employees act like Cujo guarding a forbidden temple? Train your employees (managers) to a higher standard of class. (Gabby, this one’s for you girl). How are you going to stand there and LOOK at me, assume I’m going to steal, and not engage to see if I need help. Yikes do better.

I've been to this location maybe 4-6 times in the last year for my hair and skin care products. The staff is always helpful without being pushy. The only thing I would like to see is more cashiers during the weekend. The long is often wrapped around to the back of the store.
