I have received goods for 13 years for my business. All time it was great.
Until this year Asian girl Amy start to deliver my package is missing or opened , cut with box cutter. Does she know that’s felony ?
being a Postal Service officer or employee, improperly detains, delays, or destroys any newspaper, or permits any other person to detain, delay, or destroy the same, or opens, or permits any other person to open,
any mail or package of newspapers not directed to the office where he is employed; or Whoever, without authority, opens, or destroys any mail or package of newspapers not directed to him,

Two packages were not delivered to my address. While UPS as a company is generally reliable, the delivery drivers in Anchorage are incredibly incompetent. I'm still waiting on a claim for a missing package that wasn't delivered months ago.

NEVER would I willingly use UPS after this.
Watched the UPS truck drive right pass my house on a bright partly sunny day, then cite "sever weather" as a reason for the delivery delay. Its been over two weeks! I took the day off so I could potentially greet and thank the delivery person bc last week they had trouble "finding the door".
It's a house! Knock! Ring the bell!! Or at least call the number on file!! Why take it all the way back to the facility where I can't even pick it up?? Failed delivery more than twice and I cant even get in touch with a real person on the phone?? I'm trying to cancel the order entirely at this point.
I want nothing to do with UPS unhelpful robotic customer service.

Slow. The employee who regularly works the desk will tell you he can’t accept something, but the store on 34th has no issue.

I have had pretty good customer service so far with them. While I don't expect a wide open fake smile like those ask for 30%tips, the staff here is nice enough for their workload. I mean, most time their store is filled with boxes waiting for pickup.

Haley was awesome tonight!!!! I wish she worked here more often. She helped me with scanning services when the FedEx across the street was having issues.I will not go back to the FedEx across the street again.

I think the only reason some people still have jobs is because they are willing to show up. There is a major shortage of people willing to work. Every business is short staffed these days. I work in sales/ customer service, and we are SEVERELY understaffed. People just aren't applying for jobs. This makes me understand that employees who are there, are tired, overworked, and usually underpaid...i know i sure am, but I treat every customer with the respect, courtesy, and attention I would expect to recieve. This place does NOT. Their employees are garbage.I stood in line as Eli took forever helping the person in front of me. No one acknowledged me as I entered the store. No greeting, no "welcome", no assurance that they would be right with me...nothing! The female employee was on the phone the entire time. I could hear her conversation, and it was about the weather, lunch, and apparently what the weekend plans were. It was anything but work related. After nearly 20 min, Eli got to me. He wasn't rude, but definitely not friendly and damn sure NOT in a hurry. After another 15 min, I got my package sent out. As I left, the girl was still chit chatting on her phone call.I come here a lot because it's close and on my way home from work.I absolutely dread having to visit this store. I procrastinate until the very last minute.These employees just DO NOT care about the customers. They are there doing the bare minimum to keep their jobs, and management is ok with that because they can't find anyone else whos dependable and willing to work.It's truly pathetic.
