Night & day experience. 2 packages from same company were delivered to store 0055 within 2 days. 1st package had no expense. 2nd package cost $10 to collect. I’d had both UPS packages delivered to UPS store to save driver aggravation of making repeated delivery attempts. I won’t be using UPS store in future.

I needed to ship a very old rocking chair out of state. I knew it would be expensive ( and it was) but the care in making the custom box and the packing ensured the chair arrived in perfect condition-and a day earlier than expected! Thank you

I'm not usually someone who leaves poor reviews online, but this incident needed to be shared. A week ago, I brought in two returns. One was in the original box it came it, the other was not. The male employee seemed annoyed that he had to measure the one return to get the appropriate box size. For both returns I provided the barcodes for the shipping labels. I paid for the new box for the one return and left the store. I found out today the employee mislabeled the two returns. Over $1,000 worth of merchandise was shipped incorrectly. As stated, the one return was in its initial packaging, so it seems as though it should be impossible to make a labeling mistake. This is a huge error that thankfully I was able to catch after speaking with the two companies the merchandise was supposed to be returned to. I recommend using another UPS Store.

Not only slow but Lisa was mad that another store wasn't ripping customers off and charging outrageous costs to the customers. She told customers that she would make sure they were charged 10x what they have been charged from now on. She needs fired and the owner needs to lose their franchise license.

Clerk was helping another person- and she greeted me right away so I felt good immediately. She efficiently finished her task and very happily asked what I needed (print label for return package) and I was glad to have chosen UPS! She made my task easy by asking the right questions to me. I forwarded label, paid and she had it printed quickly. Voila! Nicole is her name. I felt welcomed for being at UPS. I definitely will return. UPS at 34th 99503 has become my favorite mailing place.

I went to this UPS store to get some docs printed and notarized . Landry was absolutely fantastic helping me through the process. I was having difficulty sending the docs from my phone , so I just gave him my phone and asked him to help me. He did it with a smile and efficiently. He got it all done ! Downloaded, printed, notarized and next day aired !! Done!! Thank you again Landry!!

I brought in a rechargeable speaker to ship to Colorado, and she upcharged it to $135 with one piece of bubble wrap. The speaker wasn't even wrapped in the bubble wrap, just in the same box.
Terrible service, terrible product.

Convenience!!! Your Anchorage 34th Ave. store has amazing customer service and keeps adding convenient service options. I learn about a new service almost every time I go to the store and I've never had a package not arrive when and where it was supposed to.
