Christie is the reason we came back. She was knowledgeable. She knew all the ins and outs of all the mattresses. She was helpful. Ended up a mattress and frame. Feel great about our purchase.

Mark was such an amazing salesman, but he really took the time to help us figure out which bed would be best for us. He made sure to tell us important information, but he also didn't hover over us and he allowed us time to talk and make a decision.Mark earns 5 full stars. The store itself is probably a 4.5, it was freezing inside on both occasions we shopped!

We were really pleased with the experience provided by Ultimate Mattress Store. Mark Ciarlo. our sales representative was exceptional when I compare him to others at other stores whose products we researched. The store had enough stock on the floor that we could make good decisions about a mattress. The store had a wide variety of brands that we were interested in and different support levels in each of the brands. Mark was patient and gave us space to make decisions. Once we made the selection of our mattress, he indicated its availability, the warranty, and the delivery options and a number of things associated with the mattress. He then discussed a variety of options for payment . He is Brilliant in that he segments each step of the process and does so easily.We were just impressed with the availability of stock and most impressive was the Sleep Specialist as the store calls the sales person. Again, thanks Mark. This could have taken so much time. Breaking this into discrete sections was great.

Mark and Kristy are wonderful salespeople. They are very helpful and informative without being pushy or hovering. They helped match my husband and I to several bed options that fit our needs and then left us to test them out, only jumping in to discuss when appropriate. There are also many options and prices available at Ultimate Mattress, so it's easy to find something that fits your budget and comfort needs.

Wonderful experience. I walked in not knowing anything about beds and left feeling different. The team actually took the time to educate me and a friend with no strings attached. Craziest part was they wouldn’t even sell a bed to us because our spouses were not available at that moment. I never felt rushed or pressured, they just wanted to ensure that the decision we made based on science, evidence and most important spousal approval ?. Who can be made at that. Thank you. I recommend anyone to go and visit there literally is no pressure. Thank you for the experience. You did keep me out of trouble

Stopped by to find a new mattress. Stopped here first. Mark educated us on mattresses and helped us find the perfect option. We decided to shop around and soon came back because the other stores stock wasn’t as good and the service was terrible at the other places. Mark helped put us in right direction to find the perfect mattress. Very glad we shopped here.

Our experience at The Ultimate Mattress Store was amazing. Mark was helping us and provided amazing customer service. He was super knowledgeable and asked the right questions to help us get to the type of mattresses we were looking for. Once we narrowed it down to a few of our favorites, he very pleasantly dismissed himself so that we could discuss our pros and cons to each and pinpoint our choice. Once we made our decision, he helped us close everything out and set up a day for delivery. Everything went perfectly. Such great quality beds/mattresses and friendly and professional service.
