This place is packed with stuff! I found a couple of cool things here, but most everything was way over priced for used clothes or used shoes. Some of the used things had been cleaned, but some was not. It's eclectic here, you can find interesting things, lots of tights and athletic wear, and lots and lots of boots, but don't expect to get a good deal. That said, if you have credit from selling things there, they may give you 10% off.

One of the more expensive consignments I've been in, but they have great clothing and a unique atmosphere. ?

Miserable experience with a hostile employee who rudely schooled me on their complex selection process. It was so bad that strangers in the store commented on her ugly behavior to me, a complete stranger. They rejected all but two pieces of my clothing (I’ll take it as a compliment) and returned it to me unfolded and carelessly stuffed into a bag, showing zero class or respect. Sad to see how this place has changed. Judging from their photos, they are proudly representing Alaska as the Worst Dressed State.

First time visiting this consignment shop and it was nice to see actual good clothing brands that I often search for in thrift stores such as Lululemon, Coach, Nike, etc. The staff seemed friendly, but prices were a little higher than I’d expected for some items, but it is a consignment shop in Anchorage. 3 stars for pricing and we didn’t seem to find any mens items, so my other half knocked off a star for that. But, hey, they’ve got some nice luxe chairs they can hang out in! Women, maybe leave the men at home for this one.

Usually have a decent time shopping here—I say decent because their selection of any size above L is slim and outdated. The employees are usually kind and helpful, but today I experienced subpar customer service. While I was looking through a section of clothes, someone comes over and pushes the entire section toward me.. thinking it was another customer, I looked at the person who it was and unfortunately it was an employee putting clothes away from the dressing room go-back rack. After leaving the store, I tried to call twice to speak to someone in management about this issue (seeing it as an opportunity to coach said employee) and it didn’t even ring, just went straight to voicemail. Seems like it’s common knowledge to not move an entire section of clothes someone is going through, as I’ve never even had another customer do this to me in any store.. let alone an employee.

Keep your political beliefs to yourself. You lost a potential customer. Can't people just shop nowadays without politics being shoved in their face?

Their collection of consignment items is diligently curated with high standards for quality and condition. I was also highly impressed with the variety of items and sizes, and everything in "as new" condition.

Always find something cute! I think the prices are reasonable and there’s a good selection.

I have shopped here on several ocassions and truley have enjoyed my finds. The clothes tend to cater to the late 20's-50's. The clothes are stylish, quality and mostly reasonably prices. If you say this store is for Old People, well its just not for you, so don't go trashing a decent business

Took clothes in for consignment, they don't give a receipt, and with other people bringing things in at the same time, all clothes were sat down without names attached, I am concerned about items being credited to other accounts, as with my clothes, I brought in several high end sweaters and a handbag that I paid $300 for at Nordstrom, they didn't have any of those items on my account when I called today. Without a receipt for them it's their word against mine. I won't be consigning anymore with them.

If you are planning on consigning with these guys just know that if you can't get your clothes within three days of dropping them off then they automatically donate them without any additional warning. I lost some nice clothes that I would have kept o when I was sick this last winter and didn't want to risk infecting anyone by going to pick up my clothing they would not take. The hours don't really work out for anyone with a full time job as they're 12p-5p most days they are open. That being said, the quality of the items here is great, and I almost always find something that I happily add to my wardrobe. Albeit a bit pricey for second hand, it is a high end only consignment shop and they only take in what they think will sell.

Great clothing and store! Love that other small businesses are featured. There's a great variety of clothing, all from nice brands. It may seem picky, but their scrutiny results in a great shopping experience:)
