Anyone who is hesitating on buying a new tub or fixing up your old one, I'd go with the latter and call Superior Refinishing. We had 2 tubs that were very rough, ugly and nobody wanted to shower in them. It was the hard water that had destroyed the tubs and the glaze on top of the tubs was gone also. Superior redid the tubs and when I got home ( they had already left), I looked in at the bathrooms, I was so surprised the tubs honestly looked brand new and shiny. They cleaned their work area to better than they found it. I would definitely call Superior Refinishing again.

My downstairs bathtub was in pretty bad shape and I'd put off doing anything about it for too long. These guys made it look brand new! They were meticulous and detailed in their work, even put in a textured floor to help prevent slipping. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did and would recommend them highly to anyone. I wish I'd taken a picture of the tub before they refinished it but who would want a picture of that hot mess? But this is what it looks like now.

Michael and Kenny did a great job in making my tubs look brand new. I was charged a reasonable price and got great service. They were both very friendly and professional. Michael at Superior Refinishing refinished two of our tubs in one day. He was very friendly and accommodating with scheduling. The refinished tubs look amazing and were usable within 24 hours. I believe it’s a more affordable quick option over a new tub purchase install. I am very happy with the final results.The reason for a 4 instead of 5 was that a little more communication prior would’ve been nice. Such as, if you want a new tub drain or fixtures make sure you have them bought and ready as he doesn’t supply any. If your drain is tarnished it will be refinished with a tarnished drain and was recommended not to replace after refinishing as it gets sealed in. Also, should have communicated that the bathroom needs to be as empty as possible. Plus, they will need access to windows to run a vent and blower fan out of. They also screwed in drop cloths to the door jams. They do not cover your flooring outside your bathroom and walk in and out with outside work shoes on. His second refinisher/helper is his son and he came and went to get a haircut. They did not replace the window screens they removed from the windows. Only takes cash or check, no credit cards.That all said, the tubs look amazing! So it was still all worth it. He stuck to the 1 day timeframe he stated and did not have any hidden fees. He only charged the quoted price and didn’t tack on any fees.

I needed 3 tubs done as soon as possible. MIKE & KEN rose to the challenge...accomplished the task in about 24 hrs. The tubs look BRAND NEW!SUPERIOR TUBS actually transformed a tub over 10 yrs ago and it still looks great.
