I was picking up for my boss and said what I wanted on specifically. My boss absolutely does not like mayonnaise. Arrived back at work and they had put mayonnaise on the sandwich. I called and asked them to make me to make another one and would be right back to change it out. I could here the lady yelling in the background and telling me she has to make or pay for another one. I have my receipt so I drove back down there to get the right sandwich. The attitude was so awful and I was trying to smile and make it like it was an honest mistake. They were very rude and I will never go back to this location again!

I usually never leave bad reviews for anything so I am upset to have to share my experience and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The experience I had at this subway location was very disappointing. Extremely rude and unprofessional service and I will not be coming back to this location. I’m usually impressed with this location because it is my go to for subway so it is unfortunate.

These guys make a mean sandwich, I was impressed with the speed at which my curbside was available and how great they put it all together, maybe a little over the top on the ingredients, it barely fit in the bag!

My husband and I went here this weekend. I asked for a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese (obviously).The worker asked me what meat I wanted.I said, “turkey please!”The worker said, “turkey?”And I said “yeah, turkey”The worker then proceeded to grab ham. I was a little upset, but I figured the worker had accidentally grabbed the wrong meat (they look pretty similar) and it was already on the sandwich so I didn’t want to be wasteful. I didn’t say anything. However, when they rang us up, they rang it up as ham. Which made me FURIOUS. I’m not a boomer, so I didn’t say anything, but I was mad. How rude of them to clarify the meat selection with me THREE TIMES, and then grab the wrong meat on purpose! How dare they?!But then I got home…. After sulking for a while and not eating the sandwich out of spite, I finally decided to go for it. I was cranky and definitely went into it ready to hate it.Here’s where it all changes…It was the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Honest to god. That worker didn’t care what I wanted. They gave me what I NEEDED and I will be forever grateful. I got another ham sandwich today. 10/10, above and beyond, spectacular.

Absolutely disgusting the lady making my sub was coughing and wiping her snotty nose, I asked for someone else to please make my sub. The lady starting making the sub did not change out any of the food in the case, I had to force them to change the food out.

I try not to leave reviews too often, but I'm with the one star reviews below. These gen Z kids are terrible with customer service. Oblivious and rude. There were 5 or 6 of them there working, no other customers, and the one who was making my sandwich was rushing me while talking to the other employees. Normally am frustrated with them in general every time I go there, and they don't make their sandwiches very well either.

If I could put a zero on everything I would. One worker was rude and the other two were just d**** Obviously overwhelmed with helping 4 people In a line food was burnt and literally did not care. They couldn't even put the veggies and meat in the d*** bun properly.I usually don't go to subway and decided to finally go and will not be going back smfh

Picked up a bella mozza on my way out to Wasilla last Sunday at the Northway Mall location. The 2 girls that were working were nice and polite and I loved the sandwich. Its the 2nd sandwich I have tried from the new Subway series menu and I am going to try a different one every time I visit.
