Fresh baked bead daily, sandwiches of your choice made to order fresh. It's a quick in and out experience. They offer drive thru service but I don't recommend it. It's difficult to build a personal request sandwiche through a two-way speaker. Just my thoughts threre...Go inside and watch them build it, you might want just a bit more lettuce or olives...etc.Kid-friendliness: It's a zfresh fast food place for lunch. They have kid offerings, cookies and such.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances are wide enough it's on flat ground. Tables are wheelchair accessible and I believe they have designated handicap tables.

I keep giving this place a chance since its close to my work place but customer service is terrible litterally dine-in is empty but no one's every at the drive through window takes 10 minutes or more for someone to come to window. Third time in 3 months here every time had been a terrible customer service experience. Today waited 15 minutes at drive through no one ever come to window even after honking twice.

I waited for 20 minutes in the line inside of this subway; they were busy, and I understand that. A gentleman started helping me and asked what bread I wanted for my two steak sandwiches. Then he started an online order. The young girl came, shoved my breads like trash onto the cross-contaminated counter, went forward, and served the person behind me who had just arrived. She looked at me and asked if I had been served. Not only was this a very unprofessional setting and mistreatment of a customer, but it was also gross for attempting to serve me cross-contaminated bread.I left without the food I desperately needed. I'll be deleting the Subway app and taking my business elsewhere.Thank you for the excellent years I had with Subway!

They messed up the order, I ordered a soda, NOT a waterbottle and when I asked for a correction, they wouldn't give me an exchange for what I'd actually ordered. Food is alright, but the service is horrible.

Not to happy about the staff working with their hair hanging down, did not understand why they were not wearing hair nets. Subway store #19135-0, I know it is hard to get people to work but customer's should not have hair in their sandwiches. The staff at BX at at JBER subway was wearing nets on Wednesday July 12th. Thank you.
