Came the door about 25 minutes before closing. The worker waved me off so I went next door to the coffee shop. Came back outside and she had lit up a joint and then rolled away right at the top of the hour (store’s closing time). Thanks for nothing.

This location at Chugach Square has come a long way with customer service and better value. Employees are always friendly and courteous. I frequent the Kaladis Coffee next door, and often stop in for a sandwich, chips, and drink. Not sure if there was a change in ownership or just an employee change, but this store has done a 360 degree turnFor the good.

Was very sloppy with how they put the sandwich together. I mean, uneven amount of Turkey spread onto the bread. And the cheese was just thrown on. The guy just seemed bothered to be making a sandwich. And there was a girl just standing there like she didn’t know what to do. If you don’t like your jobs, just say that.

Usually go to subway since I like all the toppings they typically put on the subs - best part of the sandwich other than the toaster. Has always been the same, wether it was in California, Illinois, Alaska, etc. until this visit I noticed they barely put any toppings on there for the same price. I understand trying to keep prices low with inflation and all, but still a little sad to get a skinny sub...

Meatballs, one of my favorites, UNTIL this order! Unpleasant mushy texture, and "nothing" flavor have removed meatball anything from my sandwich orders.

I have personally picked food up here and had them mess up the specifications for a mobile order which honestly should never be hard to do unless you can’t read the bottom of a receipt in English in all black bold letters on white paper and in the section that clearly states instructions for the sand which. It is subway you are to customize the sandwich and as far as I know you guys don’t do anything else but make the sandwich as the customer asks both in person and online even if the customer isn’t present. Only time they did notice this was when I put the order in all caps. Now when I doordash I can wait an additional 10-25 minutes due to their lack of organization they don’t put online orders in any priority and rush you out of the shop so they can continue to talk 99% of the time. This is unfair to my customer who is waiting and probably had to wait even longer for them to accept the order as well as take money out of my pockets since I can’t start a new order till this one is complete. All I can say is there are plenty other subways and I rather go to the one all the way in the actual airport WITHOUT ANY PLANS TO FLY than this one ever again nonetheless an order is an order.

While food prep was fine, the employees were using alot of foul language, barely wrapped our sandwiches, and did not ask if we wanted anything like napkins or cookies and were fairly short due to "being busy". I'm glad my kids were in car with grandma.

this review is purely for the elderly lady that works during the week during lunch hours. i understand that you have things going on, and the only reason i didnt continue to say anything is because people were beginning to come in and i wasnt going to hold up the line. Regardless, I need you to slow down and listen to what not only im telling you but other customers as well. I promise if i was an executive for subway and i got the service i got from you, you be written up or fired. You didnt listen to what i was telling you and when i was trying to tell you, you were cutting me off or trying to summarize what i was saying. and in summarizing what i was saying, you summarized wrong. If this happens again, i will post again and be sure that i find another store at least during lunch hours. Slow down and listen. Rushing an order will only make more mistakes on your end. DO BETTER!

Used to be my favorite location, but the sandwich artist male with the glasses and ponytail was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job or career path just find another job and not take your anger out on customers.

Who doesn't accept cash? Sent wife in with money to pay for food. Came back saying they couldn't take it it was too much. Gave her smaller change, went back in. Came back saying they just don't have the change. You don't understand? You don't have a 20 in your register to give me as change? Don't show up unless you bring plastic. Never coming back.
