Wish I could give them no stars. My daughter got a very bad rash from using products from Sephora. When we tried to return, it was just outside of their 30 day return window. I wrote to RHODE asking for a return and they told me I had to get it from Sephora. Sephora is refusing. Shame on both RHODE and Sephora. A child essentially has an injury to her face and neither RHODE nor Sephora will simply return the items. So I guess if you have any type of sensitivity on your FACE, I would strongly advise against using these products as you could be injured and neither RHODE or Sephora will even refund the price you paid for the items. Just aweful.

A simple hello and no follow up? Were there 5 clerks in the shop, a customer in line at register w/o a clerk ringing her up, two clerks off in the farthest corner chatting by themselves, another towards the doorway on his phone? One was dealing with a customer. Just a question, how long does a customer have to stand waiting before a clerk comes over or are we expected to chase them down to get them to assist because there are no products out available to bring to the counter to ring up? I needed a couple of bottles of cologne and some skin care items- it would have totaled close to 400 dollars. It might have been more if I decided to buy some other small things for fiends while I am on this trip. mascara is always a good gift to bring back to Tokyo. We don't have a Sephora in Tokyo- the Shibuya one closed down after only being there for a year. I guess feeling invisible is part of the experience Sephora wants to project?

All I wanted to do was buy the same thing I always do but not even 30 seconds in the door, I’m hounded by 3 employees back to back. I just put my shopping basket down and walked out. Leave me alone ffs.

I had a really pleasant interaction with David today. He was empathetic, knowledgeable, and funny. He took care of me right away and educated me on the face I’ve had for 56 years. He did a color test that told me which products in the store to choose and what shade was perfect for my skin. I left feeling heard and understood. David is a gem.

The 5th Ave Mall houses Sephora in Downtown Anchorage, this is my favorite location to purchase makeup and skincare with my fragrance.
The team is solid providing perfect service. The store has great lighting and music 🎶 to keep your senses awake while exploring new products.
I can find all my favorite Dior products well stocked. The staff is efficient in moving the line at the cash wrap and the rewards are great.
Birthday gift every year, points on all purchases and the credit card gives you 25%off your first purchase.
For the holidays and year round they make the sales known and visible.
It’s worth going Downtown to support the Mall and parking is free on Sundays.
