Tried to make an appointment online and gave my preferred day and time. I was told that I’d be contacted to confirm my appointment time (it was two days later). I was never contacted and being on a road trip I really needed an oil change. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and was told they could not accept drop ins (not enough techs) and there were no appointments available until Monday. They really need to improve their appointment system. I will not return here on future trips.

Outstanding customer service. Had tires that needed mounted/balanced/installed on my Lincoln. The folks at the quick lane, got me an appointment the next day, kept me updated, and returned my car same day washed and vacuumed. The price was very reasonable and the customer service, especially Ann, was outstanding. I highly recommend and will be back for future servicing.Service: Tires

Pretty upset I financed a 40k vehicle that is giving me issues 3 weeks into having it. This is the 3rd week of having this vehicle and my remote start does not work, the remote won’t even lock my vehicle so I have no way to get in and out of my car anymore and it’s no longer secure. Additionally, the apple car play links up when it wants to and I have to stare at my phone for maps instead of being able to use the display that this car should offer. I traded in a perfectly fine working Camaro that I owned for 3 years for a vehicle which I thought would be an upgrade which is an absolute nightmare. I don’t have time for this and I’m really unsatisfied. Kendall, do better.

I found John Perry to be very knowledgeable about the truck and in our unique situation of working with myself only. We front loaded all paperwork to allow for the return of my wife the next day and reduced the time to close the deal. Also John was very aware of COVID-19 protocol
