It's been over three months, and I have still not received my CPAP. Medicaid stated that they would pay for me a travel device as each case is different, and I qualified for one yet Procare won't put the order in as I have requested and keep telling me what they think Medicaid won't pay for.š”š¤¬š”š¤¬ This is really upsetting. There is no reason I should be waiting months for them to do their part. Do the job or resign and let someone else more qualified do the job. It's currently 11/26/24, and I have yet to receive my machine. Medicaid has reached out to them now three times, telling them that my machine will be paid for in full, yet Procare are still doing their own thing and stalling. They have been paid for other services as Medicaid put it. However, the services haven't been provided because Procare aren't fit to do the jobs in which they say they're qualified to do. Please take your business elsewhere.
12/19/2024 Update:
I have been calling Procare as my lack of sleep seems to be worsening. And yet they still haven't even written or typed up my request for my Air Mini CPAP machine. They have, however, typed and held their copy of a standard CPAP machine, all while continuing to verbally explain the 5, 7, and 11 years of employment each one of them have working at Procare and with all of their experiences combined they're proclaiming that Medicaid has never and will not pay for the Air Mini. All of them (1st-Debbie, 2nd-Megan, and 3rd-Karen) were each spoken with separately yet verbally on a 3 way call with medicaid and myself. Each one and I had the same recorded conversation with medicaid as each told medicaid representative their privacy expectations of medicaid, not approving Air Mini's for previous clients that they've come in contact with. Medicaid representative told each one of them that each medicaid recipients name, medicaid id number, and social security number are different, as well as each recipients allotted dollar amount for medication, amount for surgeries, amount for medical equipment purchase or hospital equipment usage, hospital stay length allotments, and any type of medical visit are all issued differently after each recipient is pre-qualified for depending upon each individuals health evaluation during their eligibility application processing period for medical insurance with with Medicaid. All three medicaid representatives stated that the very same thing and all followed up that statement verifying my medicaid id number is currently still active and eligible and does fall within medicaid's allotted expense amount for the standard machine with medical equipment expenses remaining for future equipment purchases. They they would all ask for the amount of the Air Mini. After each Med. Rep. received the A.M. price each stated that if I received that one instead of the standard CPAP, I would still qualify for full payment with no co-pay, and requested that Procare send a request for payment for the Air Mini, as this recipient's account is also noted that she has contacted medicaid prior procedures occurred with travel concerns that were verified to be an ongoing travel issue if recipient proceeds with the standard. Each Procare staff first transferred me around, placed me on hold, and then hung up with no call back, then weeks later emailed me the attached email choosing to do as the wish with me versus what was requested per medicaid. Requesting, that I pay for it out of pocket all while they never even saute out payment request for the A.M. from medicaid. Medicaid reached out and would like to proceed with legal action against Procare. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Several weeks ago, I traveled from Orlando, Florida to Alaska for a two week visit. Upon arrival, I discovered an issue with the water chamber for my CPAP machine. I contacted your company to see if I could purchase one. I left a message initially with the answering service and was told I would receive a call back. That call never came but a few days later I called back and spoke to one of your representatives who told me that without a doctorās prescription I could not get a replacement water chamber for my CPAP machine. It turns out that that is actually not true, your customer service is horrible and could use training on the regulations. But lucky for me, someone else on our trip was able to get one for me. Giving your company 1 star is a giftā¦..you deserve 0

This is one of the worst establishments weāve ever dealt with. They have no clue what they do, what they keep in stock and donāt keep in stock. They mislead us to believe they had an item in stock. They required medical prescription they told us. Weāre from out of state and had to call 2 different docs to get a prescription because they never could āfind the fax prescriptionā even though the docs office showed it faxed, etc. multiple useless phone conversations. So we finally just drove over there with a prescriptionā¦ and when we get there they tell us they do not even keep that item in stockā¦ they have to get it from somewhere.
Please, pleaseā¦ donāt waste your time with this place. Do some research and find ANYWHERE else to get what you need. You will be sent in circles and then come up empty with this place.

Terrible customer service. Charged my insurance $590 for 3 CPAP nose cushions that can be bought on Amazon or any other retail for $15 or less. Refused to return the unopened nose cushions that they marked up $550, and then hung up on me. Stay away from this shady company.
