“I was initially introduced to this location through a gentleman Max, that works at several of the stores. He claimed there was a woman there named Sam, who was the very best with matching paint and stain. I went to this location to have a very specific stain matched. Sam, who I found out was the manager, took a very awkward amount of materials from me, and began to work with what I gave her. Sam accommodated my door jam, as well as other pieces of material from my project to create a stain that would work for my New home. She never complained about the timing nor the materials that I left. She and the rest of the team have always been warm and welcoming. They know me by name and always treat me in a professional way. They always take the time and effort to do the best they can to accommodate my needs. This is probably the most outstanding review I’ve ever written, and I’m reluctant to leave it because I feel I should keep this as a little secret. But this store is a gem. Sam is amazing, and the staff are all are responsive and ready to accommodate my every need. My experience at this Sherwin Williams location on International Airport Road is always positive. As long as Sam is the manager, this location will thrive.
Additionally, I have met several other contractors and painters during my project, many of which are familiar with Sam and this location, so it’s really not a secret that she’s simply a unique individual with exceptional leadership and customer service qualities. Thanks Sherwin Williams and Sam.”
