Credit card machine never works, can't buy a card because it's always sold out, so... go next door to the circle k to use the atm, now they won't break a $20, next, its back to the car wash where you will have to use the $20 bill and now have an extra $6 in quarters floating around in your console until your next visit.

Equipment always seems to be broken. Christmas Eve and two of the four auto wash bays are closed. The line is already stretched to five cars in each lane. Also, monster wash is $14, you can go to either one of the new high-tech washes for $15. I won’t be coming back here.

Spent $14 on a wash and it barely got clean, so manager had us go through the bigger bay and didn't charge extra. Cleaned nicely 2nd time thru. Long lines meant sitting for about 30 min

This review is based solely on the dog wash.
I have been bringing my Great Danes here for about 4 years. Initially it was fine, but the last year or so, the water is always cold and the rooms super hairy. Normally I would just deal with it, but for $25 (which tbh is expensive AF), I expect to at least have hot water. My poor dogs have to get sprayed down with cold water, and on winter days, it’s especially uncomfortable for them. You don’t find out the water is cold until you’ve paid either.
At this point I’m likely going to just bathe them at home. It was nice being able to leave the wet mess at the dog wash, but I’m not putting my dogs through cold baths anymore.
