Beware beware… they will cheat you just to sell you a car. I purchased a 2022 bmw m4 from mini of anchorage, the sales rep, David Nelson told me the car is almost brand new and has no issues. The finance office has absolutely no idea what they’re doing they advertised me that they can ship the car anywhere in the country but have no idea on how to do it. It’s been two months and I’m still waiting for my DMV plates and that’s only the start of it. I received the car after almost a month, and it looked like the car had been through a war, it had a dent on the door scratches on the rims crack on the windshield scratch on the bumper, and when I called them, they said your shipper must’ve done it before I even had the opportunity to explain to them Travis Palmer the floor manager stated the damages from the shipper. The shipper sent me detailed pictures of everything, and the dealership refused to take responsibility.. finally the GM David billman called me and said we took the money to ship it to Seattle, but the shipment caused damage to the vehicle they are so quick to place blame and point fingers please be aware when you purchase a car from them. I’m so surprised Lithia motors would even allow a horrible dealership like this to do business. The way they are. I will be taking necessary steps to rectify this. But please again use caution when purchasing from this dealership, they are crooks they will tell you anything to make money..

Having tried shopping around for cars in Anchorage. Mini has been more transparent and honest than their competitors. Super happy with Mini Cooper S. Ask for Mel.

Be EXTREMELY cautious of any real assistance after anything more than a couple days after you drive off the lot. Don't excuse their friendliness for anything more than getting your paycheck. Getting a car through here was my biggest regret as a purchase, and there is something tremendously wrong if your car is having problems with its drivetrain, chassis, losing most of the horsepower, and starts shaking the car, and they basically say try this or this, and keep making your payments on the failing new car. You lose.

Salesman told me not to trust the Carfax that showed the history of a car on their lot. Carfax showed dates of sale, owners, and mileage at last sale. 140,000 miles. Salesman at the used car side insisted this 20 year old car only had one owner and 40,000 miles insisted the Carfax was wrong. Do not buy a car from these sheisters.

it feels more like Lambo Motors: Glitzy web presence with a customer survey customer servc ice policy but at the premium auto dealer rates. I expect more, like you onow, actually perform the work requested? vacuum/ wipethe drivers seat after getting in and out in a mechanics kit? I will not buy a new MINI because it would mean this service department.

The customer service is always fantastic. Both MINI and BMW both go out of their way to make sure your needs are more than met. Both the sales and service teams have always taken care of us exceptionally well. There is no other dealership that compares in Anchorage. They even do a quick detail on your car after service.

Nice clean showroom. It takes about 2 hours to process all the paperwork to buy your car so when they offer you a coffee or soda....accept it. You'll be there a while. Bathroom is very clean. They sell BMW swag, too. Friendly personable sales force.
