I scheduled a move in July for August 20th. The movers did not show up, and nobody from the business called to cancel. I called several times on the 20th trying to find out where they were. Finally, Ashley picked up and said she was at a funeral. She agreed that I should call back on Monday, August 22 to schedule that move for free, I called Monday and tried to get somebody to answer the phone most of that morning. Nobody picked up or returned my call. We all have life happen to us but as an owner of a small company, I now it's important to keep in touch with your customers. ?I won't use there business again.

We are extremely satisfied with the service Rudy and his team provided. They were careful, efficient, paid attention to detail, and were very polite. Communication was excellent and price was fair. Strongly recommend!

I called around quite a bit for different quotes. Midnight Pioneer had the best rate, and answered my numerous questions. We had to reschedule due to our closing being pushed back with a holiday. They were super friendly and got us a different date without any issue or "fee". My only complaint is you pay by the hour, and the two guys we had took a few water breaks (obviously no one is a robot) but they also sat down to eat sandwiches and billed us for all that time. All in all I think we paid for 30 minutes of them having a snack break. Other than that I was very pleased. I would recommend.

Updating my review to a 2-star because as I unpack I'm realizing I have a LOT of broken items including bookshelves, a dining table which was somehow ripped in half (the top ripped off the base in such a way that it can't be put back together), and stuff from my clearly marked "Fragile" boxes which were put upside down/sideways/squished. They were friendly, fast, and very strong, but maybe TOO fast and TOO strong. These movers would be great if you just have boxed items, but I'm not too sure I'd trust them with anything fragile again.

I hardly ever leave reviews! Let me say this first! I have moved 8 times in my adult life and never have I seen men move so fast and efficiently. I mean they did not waste time moving. Trust and believe not only did they make sure items were probably secured but also made wrapped really well. If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would. I have used movers on multiple occasions! And these guys knew exactly how to maximize the space in the trailer. I would absolutely recommend this company to my family and friends! Why you ask ? Because you want movers to care about your things like they would their own..

I booked with this company twice. There was one misunderstanding once regarding wrapping up the furniture but in the end it was just fine. I was happy with the service, the friendliness, that they were not on their phone while working. They took one short break and they even asked if that's ok if they one.. definitely a way better experience that the previous moving company we used. Nothing broken, nothing missing. I can only recommend!

Awesome movers! Very friendly guys, showed up on time ready to go. Were very efficient and protected my carpets with plastic when they were going up and down the stairs with furniture. Careful with my glass tables. Everything showed up safe and sound at the new house. Highly recommend this moving company.

Initial arrangements very professional and prompt callback. The crew was polite and hardworking. One of them dropped a shelf that broke in half and was very honest and up front about it which was appreciated. He said the owner would likely pay me back for it afterwards when he turned in his paperwork. Now the negatives...my move was scheduled on a Saturday. Partway into the move the lead guy asked how I would paying and informed me they could not run a credit card since it was the weekend. Thankfully I had a checkbook I could find but this should have been made clear BEFORE Saturday so I was more prepared. It was one of the coldest days we've seen this winter in Anchorage and after two loads (moving just over a mile away), they said they'd got all that we talked about moving. I was on crutches recovering from recent surgery so wasn't able to monitor them constantly as i had to sit down a lot. The old house was also very cold with the doors open as they were loading beds. So I went over to new house to make sure the path was clear to bedrooms. They said they'd close it up when done. After the load was brought over and unloaded they were eager to be done. Here were the problems: They didn't move the grill and patio table to the back yard deck or shed...not something I can do in my condition so now taking up space in my garage. I went back over to the old house HOURS later just to see what odds and ends were left...noticed it was still awfully cold in the house. Discovered they'd left the upstairs patio door and a bedroom window OPEN as far as they go!!! On a 12 degree day. I almost put off going back over till the next day...it could have caused frozen pipes, not to mention I will be on the hook for an enormous heating bill. There were other annoyances like leaving their McDonald's trash outside my front door and on top of my mailbox (at the new house) which is an easy fix for most but not when you're on crutches. Nasty lugey in the sink at old house. They were sloppy. One guy was coughing constantly clearly too sick to be working. I wrote to the company giving them an opportunity to make it right and all I got back was an email saying they'd drop off the garage door opener I forgot to get back from them. Bummed this was so bad because the other reviews were so positive and I wanted to support a local business.
