I found Megagem on google when searching for a professional to appraise my engagement ring for insurance coverage. I was a little hesitant because there was no website but I called and got scheduled with Dana right away. She is so personable, welcoming, and a true professional. She has decades of experience and I got a full report in the mail a few days later, along with a treat for my dog who she had made quick friends with during our appointment. Go see her!

Fantastic service and excellent appraisals. I brought several pieces in for insurance appraisal purposes and the paperwork summaries I received back are some of the nicest and most comprehensive I’ve seen. I’ve also had some repairs done and the results were above my expectations.

Dana is the utmost "Professional!" She is aware of how a piece of jewelry & customer are connected by asking "Who, what, when and What did you pay, from where?"
