“I was traveling through town and my cpap broke. They saw me without an appointment and gave me a free replacement mask.. Thank you, you helped a stranger in need!”
“This locally owned DME company is one of the best I have ever worked with. The owner Joe and his team have the utmost compassion for the people in our community. Customer service is top notch, and their services were very prompt. I even received follow up correspondence after a delivery was made. I’d highly recommend Lake Otis Medical Supply!”

2000 W Dimond Blvd, Anchorage“The employees at the Fred Meyer Pharmacy are excellent! I gave the pharmacy technician my prescription, but he informed me they didn't have the item. He called Walgreens, Carrs, and then finally the Fred Meyers on Muldoon to verify the drug was in stock. I felt like the pharmacy technician went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I highly suggest this Fred Meyer Pharmacy. If this review was helpful please click the Like button.”
“I've had numerous joint surgeries over the past decade and have used devices provided by Alaska Medical Solutions after most of those surgeries. I have always found AMS to be responsive, friendly, helpful, and transparent. They deliver devices as needed and take the time to fully explain how to operate them. They also go over the financial pieces thoroughly; I always know what I'll be responsible for paying if insurance doesn't cover something. They do an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.[Side note: I always find it fascinating to read other people's reviews, particularly the negative ones. Some of the negative ratings and comments posted here leave me scratching my head. This is a small business, folks...sometimes they're unavailable. Why would you try to go pick up equipment without confirming first? And I don't believe for a moment that anyone was simply told "your insurance will cover it" -- I'm double-covered and have *never* been told that. I would suggest taking these comments with a rather large grain of salt.]”
“Fantastic experience at Northwest Medical Supply. They processed my order through my insurance very quickly. Their customer service (explained my equipment) was thorough and friendly. I feel very well taken care of. I am very pleased.”
“I have had the best experience with ProCare all because of Renita.Renita went above and beyond for me, stayed on the phone with me until all of my questions were answered, and provided an exceptional level of customer service. My order was processed very quickly and it was all done so very smoothly because of that. I can’t thank Renita enough for everything!”
“We were somehow transferred from ProCare a few months ago (or they also own these guys, I'm unsure) but either way, I'm so grateful. MyMedSupplies is located in the strip mall cluster of International Rd. If you pick up supplies you'll drive around to the back of the building and they'll take care of you there. The employees here are accommodating, efficient, and kind. I've had no issues when calling to ask prescription and/or amendment questions, which was always an unnecessary headache with ProCare. What. a. relief. If you can choose your medical supplier, I highly recommend MyMedSupplies.”
“Had an awesome time with Jon during the Wilderness First Aid class. Perfect for everyone out there looking to pick up some skills in first aid, but the hunter, fishers, guides, or backpackers should absolutely take this class.Jon did a great job teaching the AED + CPR portion as well. I went into it with a completely open mind and fresh to the subject and I wouldn’t have changed that. The best thing you can do in this class is absorb as much of the knowledge Jon gives out as possible and ask questions! I wish it could’ve been one more day honestly, but all the more reason to come back again. Which I can see myself doing in the near future.”
