“Was hard to find a Associate to direct me to where I could find what I was looking for but after a couple minutes I tackled what I thought was an Associate that I was hoping that could or would help me. Neither one of us was hurt but I learned that I still had it so that was good. I was shown where I needed to go and the rest was history as I finally purchased the discontinued floor model which was the only one I could really afford in this Biden economy that I can’t afford anything else especially gas at $4.19 a gallon and wet cat food for dinner tonight. Taggert was so very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and still had time to be friendly with just a touch of humor, truly the total package! Of course I do need to add that the store was absolutely immaculate and each bed was displayed beautifully. There was a huge selection to choose from and try, and the accessories were lovely also. We've owned Sleep Number beds for the last 10 years and could not be happier with them, so looking forward to receiving the one we just bought on Friday!”
