Great staff and products, though their weird micro manager kept calling and hassling the sales rep I was trying to talk to for updates about us. It happened at multiple locations, so make sure you schedule time for your sales rep to have all those conversations. It didn't make me feel very welcome.

Andrea is super great at customer service. I felt seen and heard. She isn't pushy at all in the slightest. Driving home my Significant Other commented on how much I was smiling at it was because of what a great experience interacting with Andrea was. (And I had been anticipating a super stressful experience, being on spectrum human interactions are hit n miss. Andrea was super awesome

The store sold us a defective mattress and would not take the mattress back. Do not buy a mattress from these people, they will not honor their guarantee. We had to stop payment on our credit card.

Told on the phone they had a $99 bed frame for a king bed. Showed up and the one (yes, one) model was suddenly $450. Bait and switch. Avoid this place.

My wife bought a high end mattress and base with the guarantee it could be returned as long as she put on a matress cover. She did. We decided to return it and were informed that we could not for 30 days and if we wished to exchange for less expensive bed....There would be no refund!! What a huge rip off this place is. Do not bother with them. They are only interested in your money.

I did not shop around. I went, picked out what I wanted, and Ordered. Once ordered, you have to go pick up your mattress at a warehouse. A little time consuming and more expensive than most. However, the person that I talked to at Dimond location, usually not her store, Was very informative and very helpful. For her service I give her 5 stars

We bought a mattress here and it wasn't comfortable. When I asked to exchange we would only get an exchange for the price paid and since they were currently not offering sale prices we would have had to spend a lot more money to exchange. I then inquired about a return. Their restock fee was 30%!!! 30%!!! We took the mattress back, took the $269 hit and went across the street to Costco where they had similar mattresses for better prices and I know I can return it no questions asked if it doesn't work out. I will NEVER buy anything from Mattress Firm again. NEVER EVER.

Don't buy here!! Their brochure says you can return within 60 days of purchase if not comfortable on the mattress. We tried returning it within a week, and they refused, saying we have to wait 30 days before we can return it. Their brochure says you "should" sleep on it 30 days to adjust to it, but it does NOT say you must wait the 30 days. This $2,400 queen mattress ($3,031 including box spring & delivery) is supposedly some new revolutionary gel foam material to be softer than a regular mattress. Well it's soft when you first lie down, but when you wake up and//or turn over it feels like a hard flat surface. What a crock!!! We want this mattress out of our house so we can get a decent mattress and finally get some quality sleep. We're not questioning the 30% restocking fee, we just don't want to be held hostage to sleeping on the most uncomfortable mattress causing back pains and restless nights!!!akalcb

We entered the store and were the only customers. The salesperson couldn’t be bothered to say anything to us or get up from behind the desk. We were looking to buy three king mattress sets but will shop elsewhere!

I just had a terrible encounter with a manager of the corporate office. I was testing a bed, considering my options. While I was interrupted by a seller and then he brought the manager, mentioning she's in corporate and that she could hook us up. I said okay, knowing I do not want to make a quick decision. I was telling them, I don't think I want to decide now, I can check out the location in town, as they're trying to sell to me at the fair. She responded, "so you can get a good deal, no interested, right now or do you really just not care?" As she was being rude, I looked her in the eye and said, "I guess I really just don't care." She smiles her fakest smile and said, okay bye have a good day. This was the most aggressive selling I've ever experience and am at a lost for words. So disrespectful, Crystal with corporate. -star review.

Just shopping for a new mattress right now so on the way home from Costco on Dimond we said want to check it out? Judy was, Sure, so we pulled in and met Sophiano the salesman. He was very friendly and no pressure but we told him just looking up front and we're about a month away from closing on the new house. So he showed us many mattresses and we laid on a lot some way to firm for us and some felt so so. But 2 were really good. Judy and I after testing and him explaining the types it's between the Sealy iConfort Hybrid - Coil Spring with a Memory Foam Top and the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt Soft - the price is close to $3000 between the 2 but they both felt great of the 10 or so we laid down on. We're looking for a King. We're leaning towards the Serta on the lessor side. Got to check out some more places still but - you live on your mattress for an Avg. 7+ years so the search continues but it was a very nice experience.
