Went mattress shopping over the weekend and almost forgot about this store. Judy asked us a few questions about our sleeping style and what we were looking for. She showed us a couple options in our price range and got us samples of our preferred pillows so we could lay down like normal. We have wanted to try the Purple mattress but ended up not liking it. Eventually decided on a deeply discounted floor model Tempur-Pedic mattress. Customer service was great. I would deduct 1/2 a star if I could because we had to buy a mattress bag for transporting. Really Mattress Firm? I would shop here again if we need another mattress.
