I had a really wonderful time at this location. Reagan took the time to explain everything to me and let me try all the products to see which one I would Luka to purchase. This was the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you!

I love this lush. I got so many goodies! Shy (spell check??) was SO INCREDIBLY KIND AND SWEET. She helped me find my old Halloween favorites. I can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been a longtime supporter of Lush and regularly shop at the Anchorage 5th avenue location, but my recent experiences have been disappointing enough to warrant this review. The general manager frequently brings a dog into the store, which raises concerns about hygiene—especially in a space that sells personal care products. I’m also unsure whether it’s even legal to have a dog in a retail setting that isn’t a service animal.
In addition, the store is often left unattended while the manager is in the back, and I’m rarely greeted when I walk in. The overall customer service is consistently lacking. The larger girl with short colored hair, in particular, has a poor attitude and comes across as unhelpful and disengaged. It’s frustrating to be a loyal customer and feel so dismissed by their leaders. I will say the rest of their employees are always so helpful.
Lush is a brand I’ve always admired, but this location needs serious improvement in professionalism and store standards.

Dolores is the best!! Today I received the best customer service of my life! She was so kind and patient and willing to help. My mom was very happy that Dolores was taking the time to explain and show every product with love and patience. 10/10

Love anything and everything Woosh and Andrew! Lush please please expand Woosh to lotion, body scrub, bubble bath, shower gel, anything and everything. Andrew is the best at customer service! He gets u hooked on a great product every time!! ❤️

I get that everyone is excited to work there but if I say I'm just looking, I know what I'm looking for, and make it clear I don't need assistance, 3 very loud salespeople don't need to come up to me over the span of about 5 minute to check on me and I assume I am helpless. If I need help, I will ask you for it. I just want to smell things and work out in my mind what I am buying. Left the store without buying, which I was there to do, because they wouldn't leave me alone, even after I said.. Please just let me look. I love Lush but don't want to be bombarded every time I go in.

I came in here with my friends and niece and it was wonderful! Andrew really went above and beyond. The rest of the staff was also lovely and helpful. Easily one of the best experiences in a LUSH store I've had. :)
