This visit was actually surprising. I was taking advantage of the Makita tool sale and needed batteries and a couple of tools. Even though they wrote in different sections of the store, I was helped quickly and was out in under 20 minutes. It is always nice to get any help in Home Depot.

Extremely disappointing.... came in to buy specialty tool. Says its in stock, no one can find it. Cool. Ordered it for pickup... after getting the email saying its ready, I show up for what should be 2 minutes to get my tool that was supposed to be put aside specifically for me. They HAVE NO CLUE WHERE IT IS.Seriously, get it together guys.

THIS IS PURE HORROR. Purchased a snowblower for delivery; 3 days after the set delivery date - no snowblower. I called the store multiple times - was put on hold by their clerk and after 30 minutes just disconnected. Subsequent calls are not answered at all (I am just left on hold until it disconnects). Called the national help line - was promised that someone from this store will call me within 24 hours - no call. I am fed up, will ask my credit card company for a refund. The OTHER store in town, on Northern Lights - is GREAT. I highly recommend you shop there. AVOID this one at all costs.

about ten years ago i picked out a decent washer dryer set to be delivered. upon delivery to my ups, i could see that the set was a much lesser set with less features. i objected to the movers but ended up accepting the set to not make the mover's feel as angry as i was. now, when i stupidly went again to lowes for another set, a salesperson finally came from the b and slowly mumbled his answer to my questions. he would always say I gotta check in back, but he would leave me alone for 15 minutes each of three times. sheesh. lowes is such a shame.

Trying to call in , and can never talk to a human. It rings and rings, then you get elevator music, then just click and dial tone. Either the person who is supposed to answer, lifts the receiver, then hangs up deliberately, or the system just hangs up on you after so many rings. Has happened to me 4 times in 40 minutes. Really horrible customer service!!!!

I love to be able to walk into an electrical department and walk out with what I need. Epic failure. I am now having to order simple things like a 3 gang outlet extender from Amazon as well as matte black GFCI outlets. Black is "in" folks.

They have such a great assortment of paints....from chalk paint, too sealers, I even found the rustolium glitter paint there!!!

Don’t ever order installation services from these guys. We have been canceled and rescheduled for almost a month. They keep saying there’s a lack of professionals in the area, and they keep rescheduling. It’s been several weeks now and all they keep doing is saying they’ll prioritize and reschedule us. We paid lots of money and are getting no services for what we paid. Take your business elsewhere.

When I go to Lowe's it's usually for something small , like nails , or something big , like a washer . Of course there is always lots of in between stuff .Lowes's is Big and finding anything can be daunting . Sometimes the hardest thing to find is someone to help you . With that said when I do find someone they are always friendly and helpful . Most of the employees are very knowledgeable about the items in their department . Lowes is also a great place to explore . They have a little bit of everything .

Don’t order online, just go in and get the items yourself.This store is clean and has friendly staff as you would expect at a respectable company like Lowe’s. However, the online order, curbside, and in-store pick-up process at this specific location is completely broken.I utilize curbside any time I can, but at this store, it just leads to frustration. 3 times in a row I’ve ordered curbside, utilized the app to let them know my parking spot, and waited. And waited. And waited. I give them 15 mins now before I go in. Every time, I’ve gone in and my items are sitting there ready to go. But no one is monitoring the curbside check in at all.Now, today, I decided to just skip curbside and do in store pick-up. I placed my order at 0730. It’s now 1445 and my 11 small item order still hasn’t been fulfilled.I tried to call the store and let the phone ring 17 times before hanging up and writing this review.Look, the in store at this location is great, but don’t offer a service you’re not going to support. I’ll gladly just go in the store and get my items. I like the convenience feature of curbside or in-store pickup, but if you’re not going to actually support it, you’re just going to frustrate customers who attempt to use it.

Jake, Micki & George provided amazing customer service, especially on Father’s Day (short staffed). I found an assembled grill (last one) , had a couple of nick’s on it, and Jake gave me a discount. Then I realized I was irresponsible and left my card somewhere, and Lowe’s does not offer scan & pay by phone (apple wallet), so I had to do an online order (my card saved on my file), but I wouldn’t be able to get a discount on the grill. I went back in and spoke with George & Micki, they told me to go ahead and place the order online and that they would adjust the price on their backend when they receive my order. And, they did just that. They were very nice, polite and professional. I was stressing, they were not. They actually kept me calm. ??♀️? George helped me get the grill in my truck and I went on my way. What a great experience and I can’t believe how understanding they were. I LOVE Lowes on the South Side. ? I appreciate employees like them.

Does anybody work here ? Tried to call . No answer. Literally tried every department. No answer . Then I go there. It’s like a gosht town. Nobody there but a few people. Hey Lowe’s. Here’s and idea. Why don’t you cross train the employees you have now. And pay them more. So they care just enough to ANSWER MY PHONE CALL WHEN I CALL !!! Home Depot always answers thier calls. Pick click give to Lowe’s. To hire more people. So someone can answe my call!!!!

Today 5/27/23 I needed some 2x8s cut at Lowe's. I was told by an associate to go back to the saw and he would sent somebody. Wish i would have gotten his name, the attitude sucked! After waiting 10 minutes by the saw another associate walked by and I asked if he could cut the 2x8s? He said he'd get somebody! 10 minutes later a guy named Robert comes by and asked if he could help me. I explained what had been going on. He dropped everything he was doing. Apologized for Lowe's, cut my lumber, and treated me great! Thanks Robert!

Great store with a good selection. However the traffic flow of getting in to park and getting out causes a lot of traffic with cars backed up to the main road.

Lowe’s is just a cool place in general. This one is well stocked and well staffed. The employees are friendly when asked for help and are never seen just standing around gossiping. Gives a very efficient feeling.
