I would not recommend Lithia Kia of Anchorage. I went in with my GF in september to go pick up a car from there, they put smiles on their faces and will open doors for you to give you a sense of appriciation. We talked to Richard Suesue and inside. He puts a smile on his face and talks to you nicely offering warrenties, lifetime free oil changes and claims there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car and if there is we can take it in and will be fixed free of charge. The car has been in the shop over 6 times for issues that was not apparent upon purchase since late 2023 and every time we had to pay out of pocket, car sits there for weeks at a time without being touched before they worked on it. When we finally went to go in to get a oil change and was declined and confronted Richard Suesue about it and he said he didnt sell that to us, my girlfriend talked to him being upset and told him "thanks for lieing" and Richard Suesue had the guts to tell her "you're welcome". When we bought the car he looked at us dead in the eye and even handshaked on it on purchase for all these wonderful things just to be all completely lies. It is really bad to be lieing to a Local Firefighter of 15+ years and his partner and most importantly lieing and scamming others of the community. I was raised and taught to uphold being truthful, helping the community, Support the concept of fairness and the value of diverse thoughts and opinions. So it really hurts when this place has scammed us, lied to us and treated us unfair when we were excited to have this car and now thanks to Richard Suesue and Lithia Kia of Anchorage we are not happy about this car. DO NOT buy here, and DO NOT go through Richard Suesue until they can be Honorable and be a place of Integrity.

Do not buy a vehicle from Lithia Kia of Anchorage. Especially from Richard Suesue. I was sold lifetime oil changes with the car, and when I went in today for an oil change he looked me in the eyes and said “I did not sell you that.” This vehicle has been in and out of the service department every single month since purchase in September 2023 and not even the service department can figure out the issue except throwing parts at the problem. Please, do NOT go through Lithia Kia of Anchorage. Richard Suesue will lie to you about the vehicles he sells. You are only as important to him as the money in his pocket. No remorse for selling you a piece of junk. The worst part about it, he’s been doing this for at least SEVEN YEARS. Not even negative reviews can fire him. Oh, and When I said “ok, thank you for lying to me.” He said “yup, no problem!”

Hannah had amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with my car’s issues. Hannah is a friendly and knowledgeable person. I am taking all of my cars to her in the future. Google only lets me put 5 stars and that sucks. Wish I could giver her 10 stars!!

Andrew in service was a great help. He was always just a text away. Was able set up my appointment and communicate through text. He even sent an Uber to pick me up. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks again for everything.
