After calling six different places, I was referred to Lake Otis Medical Supply in an attempt to figure out a way to get my wife up our stairs (after knee surgery). Joe wasn't sure their solutions would work, so he drove to our home to confirm. Although the proposed options wouldn't work, Joe was professional, honest and courteous in almost immediately telling me so. I have to tip my hat to Joe's professionalism and taking time out of his day to drive all the way to our home. FIVE STARS!

I was on vacation and forgot a part for a medical device. It was a Saturday and nobody else was available to help me with my needs except this establishment. I am forever grateful for the professionalism and treatment that I received from these guys. I can’t thank these people enough. From one USN Seabee to another ,thank you. This locally owned DME company is one of the best I have ever worked with. The owner Joe and his team have the utmost compassion for the people in our community. Customer service is top notch, and their services were very prompt. I even received follow up correspondence after a delivery was made. I’d highly recommend Lake Otis Medical Supply!

I bought a couple of items I told the staff I wasn’t sure if I needed or not but they did not tell me about not being able to refund things. When I first went it, the staff appeared to be annoyed with helping me and answering my questions and they were very rude when it came to returning items even though they didn’t work. I will never go there again.

The staff at Lake Otis, especially Joe, were incredibly compassionate and helpful. I was in the market for a wheelchair for the first time in my life. As they were showing me the various models, the reality of the situation hit me and I burst into tears. They were so kind and took their time. I’m so thankful we have this level of care in Alaska.

Helpful and welcoming Went to get a S.I belt unfortunately most where to small but the girl working Olivia was so helpful and understanding. Really amazing atmosphere I did leave with something that worked for what I needed and she also threw on a discount out of the kindness of her heart. Thanks guys.

Traveling to Anchorage from Texas. Stopped in to get a part for my CPAP that I forgot to pack. They didn't have the part in stock but personally called another shop for me and set it up. Stand up people. Definitely would give my business to them every day of the week.
