Terrible Customer service good product but stay away from this company buy elsewhere

Still waiting on these boots!! Customer service is not even available, no one answers calls or emails! How they are in business if they are in business is beyond me! What a terrible company!

I bought these boots and the green tab broke so I can't retract the spikes. I contacted Kickspike 20 April 2021 and received an email that they would send a replacement pair. Today is 24 Jan 2022 and still have not received the replacement boots. I have tried emailing them multiple times and calling them with no answers... read full comment
