“I’ve been shopping at The Alaska Mint for the past 6 years, since my daughter moved to AK. I always try to stop in when I’m in town. I’ve purchased several rings, earrings and a very special pendant from them and have always had top notch service. Their knowledge and willingness to help you find the perfect item is fantastic. I recently had a chain break, resulting in my 5 year old sentimental pendant being lost. I stopped in to see if they had a replacement. Chris contacted one of his jewelers to see he recognized the description of the item. Within 20 minutes, the jeweler confirmed he was the one who made the original pendant and had actually had made 3 at that time. He still had the last one and it was available. I was so thankful to be able to replace my original pendant with the identical match. Wonderful customer service above and beyond!!”

“While I didn’t get any photos of the establishment, I must say that it’s a great vintage shop that’s geared more towards the roaring 20’s vibe. The only reason why I gave 4/5 stores is that the selections they currently have for menswear is limited in comparison to women’s. Despite though, it’s a beautiful shop with a welcoming atmosphere & the person I am assuming was the owner was friendly and accommodating. Definitely a spot I look forward to checking out again!”

“Walked in randomly today to have my over a decade old 14K gold necklace cleaned. I was greeted kindly by all the sales team when I entered and offered refreshments while I waited. The cleaning was fast and free and made my necklace look so much better than it did! They cleaned it right out on the counter in front of me which was reassuring. I was also interested in replacing my gold colored silicone ring with a new 14K gold comfort band ring which they had ready for me to try on. They sized my finger and offered a wonderful protection plan for it which is an amazing and affordable deal! Katie was very attentive and offered great feedback and advice and was not pushy. It was a wonderful, casual, no pressure sales experience. I was able to get my necklace cleaned and got to purchase a nice new ring to accompany my necklace. I really look forward to when I get their call to come in a pick up my Rolex so that I can complete my set! Great work Katie and Great work Ben Bridge! Thanks!”
