Jeff is a thief, he allows the company he works for to sell auto policies, and take them away while keeping you cash. Why would you wanna do business with a company that is allowed to steal from their customers. C'mon Jeff it's called having integrity, maybe you should try it.

Absolutely horrible customer service.We had been customers for YEARS with several policies and NEVER missed a payment.When I called to cancel our policies, I was not told I had a balance left, or I would have paid. I was told I was all set. Several months later, I receive a letter from a collection agency about one of my previous policies. I NEVER once received mail, been called, emailed, or texted from the agency to let me know there was a balance. Then to find out from the main office, I was put on a do-not email list, unbeknownst to me....this is just poor and inexcusable business practice. Then to have the representative blatantly tell me that they are not Allstate and all they do is collect money....um, I'm sorry, but I thought I was talking with an Allstate agency...Since they neglected to contact me about my balance for SEVERAL months, I don't feel as though I should be responsible for paying them. They didn't even try to work with me or help me in any way solve this. They just simply stated, \

It has been a very long time since I have uttered the word I really love my insurance provider! Well I am blown away by the knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and personal staff at my Jeff Case Allstate office! These guy cut my renters policy by OVER 66% EACH YEAR!I knew that I was being overcharged at the company I was at but I had looked in a couple others and they were doing the same thing I had no faith that there was going to be a lower rate until I accidentally ended up getting signed up for a quote from Allstate and I took the time to do it and they literally saved me hundreds of dollars more than 66% over the price of the policy discount it was incredible they've been great I absolutely will work with him for in the future every time! Big shout out to my guy Richard! Ill be thinking of you while I am in sunny Florida?THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Jeff has been nothing short of amazing in getting all of my insurance needs met. I found out I'd been overpaying by a huge sum when I was going through Geico for years. I found Jeff's info on a mailer addressed to RESIDENT--but now I have an actual relationship with my Allstate agent. Like in the commercials. It's literally a relationship that inspires COMMERCIALS. Having an actual human (that I KNOW!!!) is so crucial when I have questions, and I no longer have to navigate a terrible app with no actual contact info in sight when I need to make sure my credit card is set up correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My all state insurance is managed here, and I am overjoyed having a local agent. Raechel and i think Richard? provide me with efficient, fast responses to any of my needs. This team proactively notifies me when I'm eligible for reduced rates. 10/10. These professional people make All-State a better overall experience. Would recommend.

Sorry for the 1 star but some of us customers don’t have that extra money to pull out to pay for all those extra things that supposedly will drop our car insurance.When Bob McVity was the owner of this Allstate branch he was great he didn’t have all this other stuff to supposedly offer to make the customers think they were getting a deal. This stuff that promises their insurance payments would go down if they purchase but in reality your costing your customers more. For those who don’t want these extras don’t push it on them don’t push their payments up because you are wanting them to get this other stuff. Don’t add an extra bill to your customers who don’t want these extra stuff.You want happy customers stop with the offers and promises that their insurance will go down.

I have been a customer of Allstate for almost 30 years. I am now leaving because Allstate Case Financial has doubled my car insurance premium over the last two years with no efforts to mitigate the situation. The first 25% increase was because I turned 65 and the second increase this year was 33% on top of that because I slid into a tree branch during a snowstorm while attempting to park my car and filed a claim to repair slight damage to the roof. That is an annual premium increase of over $900 which is unconscionable in my opinion. I believe this is the only claim I ever filed with Allstate. Where is the customer loyalty there? I scheduled a customer policy review with Mr. Case which he cancelled, then we played phone tag and finally after I was told he was too busy to talk to me, I spoke to the office staff about it, who offered no help. Competitor rates are much better and I was told an accident of this sort should only raise the premium by 10% not 33% as Allstate Case Financial unilaterally chose to do. It makes me sick to think about all the money I paid Mr. Case and his predecessor over that past 30 years (I have had multiple policies with them) and when I am in need of customer support I get nothing. Goodbye Jeff Case.
