Wife enjoys shopping here. It's on the mall, so there's many other options to check out. Food court is upstairs. Not hard to find something delicious to eat. I enjoyed eating at Chopsticks (chichen soup). I wish the bowl was smaller so I can drink the juices without making a mess. Hahaha

Pretty clean looking JC Penny. Some of the shelves look not stocked or empty though.
