I mailed my grandson, some goodies that I had made. The post office receive them on 22 December at 6:08 AM. Today is the 28th and he still has not received a slip of paper in his mailbox saying he could pick them up. He has been there multiple times to try to receive his package . Even though it says they’re going to be open no one’s never there so all those goodies that I made him and the $40 it took to ship is for nothing. This is the worst post office in the world. This is the second time they have screwed us over. It is obvious that they do not care about anyone especially at Christmas.

Arrived at 3:34 pm and they were closed. Customer service hours are inconsistent and unpredictable. This is the most poorly managed post office I have ever experienced.

Horrible operating hours. Like another said, military personnel work from around 0700-1600, and when personnel get a lunch break, the post office staff takes like a 2 hour lunch break. They really need to fix their hours it’s ridiculous

considering this location is on the military installation to serve military personnel, the operating hours are absolutely ridiculous. they open at 0900 and close by 1600. a very large portion of military personnel work hours similar to 0730-1630... additionally, if you think you'll swing over on your lunch hour think again -- they close for a lunch break from 1230-1400. to top it all off, occasionally the location will just be randomly closed due to lack of available workers.
