“I would put zero stars if I could. The lack of communication and professionalism is unheard of. Not only did I have issues putting in a claim (I ended up paying out of pocked due to the headache)
Now I’m 3 months into my policy being cancelled, I’m still being charged. With no light at the end of the tunnel to get a refund. Ty has been beating around the bush, unresponsive to my emails and not returning my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
