Severely overpriced and terrible customer service.Bought a pair of kids wireless headphones that were really expensive. Walked out and opened it, noticed there was no charger included as the box said there should be. Went back in within two minutes, told the employee and she said there was nothing she could do because I could be lying about it and already left the store. Annoying as that was, she said the only option is buying a charger that cost the same amount as the headphones themselves. Gross tactic for more sales.

I had a 10% off discount code and I went in and asked for the AirPods Pro (which are $50 overpriced) and ihad I told her I had a 10% off discount code and the lady at the desk just shook her head at me. I asked why are you shaking your head at me? She says there’s no such thing as 10% off .. there happen to be fine print that I eventually read at the bottom saying that it excludes Apple products but the lady was rude to begin with.

We had bought a pair of headphones that were $20 cheaper at the Best Buy kiosk my daughter had thrown her receipt away but we had been in there 10 min earlier and we asked for a reprint and to return the overly priced headphones. She refused and claimed she wasn't able to reprint receipts and refused to give my daughter a refund. She continued to smart off at me and I asked for both her name and managers name. Got snotty again and said he's not here don't throw your receipt away with a awful attitude. Horrible prices horrible staff.

Excellent customer service! They even replaced my earbuds for me and rapidly charged my new headphones for my flight! Friendly and knowledgeable- highly recommend if you need something before your flight.
